Som overnatningshotel for en nat , er det rimeligt, men så heller ikke bedre.

Cons:

Personalet i reception har ikke megen engelsk kundskaber, hvilket kan give problem som udenlandsk gæst.

Grear and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very good value for the money and the location is good. The breakfast is excellent. I must say the house keeper is excellent. She kept our room clean during our stay. I wished the receptionists would be more courteous! Overall I would recommend this hotel to any one who want to visit Nakhorn Rachsima.

None but I would recommend the receptionists to be more courteous.

Will stay here again as handy location.
Pros:

Have stayed here many times, excellent service , plenty of parking, reasonable choice of breakfast.
good value for money

Cons:

The electrical outlets in our room had no charging ports. We forgot our phone charger. Time for a renovation.
Busy on weekend as popular for conventions and wedding receptions.

ห้องพักดีมาก เตียง คือ ดีมาก กว้างงสบาย ห้องน้ำดีค่ะ แยกเปียก แห้ง ดีเลยค่ะ แต่น้ำไม่ค่อยแรงเท่าไร
ปรับน้ำก็ไม่ค่อยจะเป็น กว่าจะหาน้ำอุ่นได้ จะอาบเสร็จพอดี ไฟสว่างดีค่ะ ดูทีวีได้ทุกช่องไม่มีปัญหา
โรงแรมมีลิฟต์ให้นะคะ ผู้สูงอายุ หรือ ของเยอะ ไม่ต้องกังวล เจ้าหน้าที่ดีค่ะ ดูแลดี มีเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยยกของให้ค่ะ
โรงแรมสามารถออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี ได้ ถึงแม้จะจองผ่าน Booking ค่ะ ให้เป็นข้อมูลไว้สำหรับท่านที่มาทำงานนะคะ

ห้องอาหารเช้า ในห้องอาหารจะมีโต๊ะนั่งได้แค่ 2 โต๊ะ นอกนั้นก็ต้องยกอาหารไปนั่งข้างนอก แล้วก็เจอเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่ค่อยประทับใจ
ตอนแรกก็นั่งข้างนอก เพราะในห้องเต็ม แต่พอดีมีโต๊ะว่าง แล้วเราก็เดินไปจะนั่ง มีลุงอีกคนเดินตามหลังเรามา จะเอาโต๊ะนี้เหมือนกัน
เค้าก็เห็นนะ ว่าเราเดินถึงโต๊ะก่อน แต่ก็แบบจะเอาโต๊ะนี้ เลยไม่อยากมีปัญหา ก็ให้ลุงไป เราก็กลับไปนั่งข้างนอก ก็ค่อนข้างร้อน
และที่สำคัญ ประตูไม่ได้เป็นแบบอัตโนมัติที่เลื่อนเปิดปิดเองได้ กลายเป็นคนเดินตักอาหารนี้แหละ ช่วยกันมีน้ำใจเปิดให้ ก็เซ็งๆ
โดนแย่งโต๊ะ แบบเรามาถึงก่อนอ่ะ แต่ยังดี เจอโต๊ะข้างๆ ดีมีน้ำใจ ช่วยเปิดประตูให้เวลาถือเยอะๆ อาหารเช้าก็โอเคดี มีให้เลือกเยอะดีค่ะ
