Don't think about it!!!
Pros:

Deceiving pictures! Great location, but that's it!!
Needs a mountain of renovation, security, maintenance, cleanness, and many more factors to be considered as tourism point.
Bottom line, don't waste your time and money, then to discover that the manager knows that his property is that terrible, and waiting to have the 90 U.S dollars that you and other clients will be paying if you consider cancellation!!
Imagine, 90 dollars for absolutely Nothing!!!!

Good place to stya
Pros:

This apartment is good for the value. Staff is friendly and speaks English, French and Arabic. Very near the Sea and you can see it from the building. Lots of shops and restaurants are near by. Just a few minutes walk from the AUB.

Comfy room, amazing view
Pros:

Comfortable room with a really nice view over the beach, close to city center and even closer to the shopping area. Rooms are clean and all essentials are availabe. Price worthy, best deal i found in beirut.

Pros:

Vielleicht typisch Libanon aber sicher typisch 3te-Welt-Land. Pflege und Darbietung sind immer zweitrangig. Man sieht den Versuch, ein Schönes Hotel am Strand zu machen. Es resultiert aber in klaustrophobischen Gängen und einfach nicht fertiggestellten Hotelzimmern - Handtuchhalter fehlen, Internet kostest extra, Kitchenette ohne Geschirr, Elektrische Anlagen fragwürdig. Gesamtkonzept. Sonst guter Strand und schöner Pool (Meer ist wärmer). Libanon-Highway ist halt naturgemäß naja.

Okay apartments, good location but nothing fancy
Pros:

This building is old, and the apartments doesn´t have a full view of the sea. The standard is a bit low, but if you're not that picky you'll manage. The location is good, it´s not far from Zaytouna bay, hamra or the cornish.
