Unprofessional staff
Pros:

Very bad experience there is no policy and the staff of the hotel is very irresponsible and rude nobody is going to take responsibility to discuss the polices of the hotel and the are very very unprofessional can’t recommend anyone to come and stay there

Very basic stay
Pros:

The location was very good. Very close to the Frasers multi story car park.

Cons:

The room was very basic. There wasn’t even cups/glasses in the room. The bed was very hard.
