Smoky room

everything is good, except the cigarette smell, so strong

It is the first time we tried to stay in JB, hence it was very challenging to search for suitable hotel. Luckily we manage to find this hotel from hotel.com recommendation. Room is simple but generally green, toilet cleanliness on the wall can be improved.
Recommend the hotel to discard overly stained/coloured bedsheets/blanket, that would made guest stay much more pleasant.
Parking is street parking, check with hotel staff the parking charges time range to avoid summons.
Overall experience is ok, and will consider to stay again when need to stay over in JB.

The worst part of this ‘poshtel’ is location. The filthiest lane ever in delhi leads to this hotel.The uber driver doesnt want to enter inside the lane . I dont know why they call it poshtel. Instead call it Posh HELL. The attitude of frondesk is very indifferent. They dont care at all. The room are very minimally lit with yellow light in tune with the name minimalist. In the free breakfast there is very little options. But only thing is that quality of food is ok. Anyway, I will never ever book this ‘poshtel’ in my life.

Value for money. Clean and cosy.

Property is ok. value for money for a short 1 night stay. No frills.
Place is clean, although the towels smell like they were not properly dried.

don't expect much. Good for a one night stay only to clean up, crash, wake up and go off.

Was slightly uncomfortable with the street parking. But that can't be helped.

As for the stay it's alright and all amenities is perfect but only the kettle is way out off the menu as it should be clean even if it's not occupied or there can check it before putting it in the room as it's so dirty and rusty too on the inside of the so called stainless steel as this l can't tolerate to accept it that it can be better if someone looks into it or you might loose lots of customers

Good and comfortable

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful and it was easy to get help or answers to queries. Parking is on the road but a security guard watches the cars during the night. Wifi was down on arrival but was sorted out quickly and was available in our room. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Stayed here 3x.3rd time was a total disappointment.We booked 2 rms.our transport was late.my friends decide to check out later and went back to their rm.they found hskp cleaning the rm and went back down to lobby. I asked FO what is the official check out time and he said 12pm. So i asked him why the housekeeping is cleaning the room when the room is not checked out yet and it is only 9am. This time he speak in melayu asking me what i am talking about. One of my friend replied him in melayu telling him that they have not check out why is housekeeping cleaning the room and they have not return the room key yet. He argued that they have left the room with their belongings so housekeeping went in. He replied with an unapologetic attitude, giviing us an impression that it is our fault.

If we have not check out and it is not even check out time, we still have the right to get back into the room Minimalist Hotel! If your employee replied politely to us, we would come back again.

The room itself is fine, but the staff attitude is terrible.

Frontdesk do not bother with guest, just playing with handphone.

When we brought our things down to prepare for early checkout at 9am, our friends told us that they will be late. So we went back 10 min later.

To our surprise, Housekeeping has already cleared our room. We even saw him using the bath towel to wipe the toilet bowl.

When we went down to question the frontdesk why did they clear our room when we haven’t even check out, instead of apologising and close the case, he talked back to us, blaming us for bringing down our baggages instead.

Will not come back again.

Free parking but came with parking summon everyday. Local phone reception is terrible

Love the concept, cleanliness and comfort of the room!

Would be nice if there's breakfast included in the room package

Website stated free parking which was not. Did not take care of stayer's car and got a parking fee for it.
