Deluxe rom med king size seng
Pros:

Airco på rommet, personalet var veldig hyggelig, hadde en deluxe rom: masse plass, kjøleskap, plass til å jobbe, stort baderom

Pros:

Very nice and comfortable room, very quiet, no noise from airplanes and neighbours; the breakfast was quite decent; the location allows you to easily reach Terminal 3 by public bus.

Cons:

Surprisingly, in the shower, the hosepipe from the shower head was faulty and the water was spraying in the wrong places. One of the lamps by the bed was faulty.

Die Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist zu klein und zu laut gewesen und daher konnte man das Zimmer während der Nacht nicht kühl halten. Dies war insbesondere bei sehr warmen Außentemperaturen unangenehm.

Pros:

Hotel was closeby to the airport. Our flight was cancelled, so unfortunately we had to stay over in Germany.

Cons:

But the reception staff (the one who checked us in) was rude and ignorant. Upon checking in, he didnt explain that he was going to do a preauthorisation of the card for the amount of the total stay 88.- plus 50.- . I asked him, for what he was doing it, he rudely answered "we will do this for just in case, something happens) We arrived at nearly 1 am! We went straight to bed, very abrubt and horrible way to speak to late arrivals and ladies. I have been a reception manager for 13 years and found the service unacceptably rude and unprofessional.
