Everything else was fine

Cons:

Both card keys didn't work upon getting to our room. This prompted us to return to the front desk after a very long day to get later placed into a different room.

The next day we were asked by front desk if we had our confirmation number for our reservation. Apparently someone else was placed in our original room which made them lose our reservation. When I provided the confirmation they were able to work it out.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Es roch überall gut. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Supernettes Personal. Gute Lage zum Flughafen Frankfurt. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich. Für jeden was dabei

Ich finde 26 Euro für ein Frühstück ist überteuert, obwohl es gut ist, kann man unmöglich 26 Euro ab frühstücken.

schönes Hotel, welches ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen kann
Pros:

Der Serive war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstücks Buffet was sehr lecker.
Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder in Ihrem Hotel wohnen. Vielen lieben Dank!
