Fijn hotel op een prima locatie, service mag wel wat vriendelijker.
Pros:

De kamer was erg goed. Goede grootte en goede indeling met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Het hotel is fijn centraal gelegen, zowel ten opzichte van de luchthaven, als het stadion en de stad zelf. Allen goed te bereiken via de S-Bahn, waarvan het station om de hoek van het hotel ligt. Parkeren kan bij het hotel (€26/dag) en je kunt direct vanuit de parkeergarage het hotel in. Er is een fijne bar, wel alleen voor drinken, je kunt er niet echt een hapje of zo krijgen.

Cons:

Het receptiepersoneel vonden wij niet heel erg vriendelijk, een keer glimlachen hoeft geen pijn te doen.
Bij inchecken werd ons tot tweemaal toe verteld dat ontbijt inclusief was. De volgende dag bleek dit niet zo te zijn, dus bijbetalen (€20/pp) voor ontbijt. En een paar uurtjes eerder inchecken was ook geen probleem, wel even voor bijbetalen (€30). Parkeren ook geen probleem (€26/dag). Ook bij uitchecken wilden we nog wat vragen maar de receptie heer vond dat hij klaar was en liep zonder iets te zeggen aan, wat we eigenlijk vrij arrogant en zeker niet netjes vonden.
Daarnaast was er voor aankomst €300 gereserveerd op onze creditcard en bij inchecken nogmaals €640 gepre-authoriseerd op een andere creditcard (totaal €940), welke pas aan het eind van de maand automatisch vervalt, maar waardoor je wel een hele poos een blokkering van dat bedrag op je creditcard hebt. Dit komt niet overeen met de borg van €50 waarover wordt gesproken, maar is zelfs een veelvoud van bijna 20x !!! Ook dat wordt blijkbaar als vrij normaal beschouwd bij dit hotel, maar is niet erg vriendelijk richting de gasten. Dit hotel is dus vooral gericht op de gasten en niet op de centjes (of was het nou andersom).
