Very average but clean hotel...Gym is hopeless.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was doing a good job.

Cons:

Gym is very very disappointing, Toilets would get blocked easily.. No good food options for late night...Rooms are noisy due to park noise.

Great family stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the space and the amenities. Our children really liked the indoor waterpark. It felt very safe and there were always lifeguards and staff doing rounds and monitoring everyone was safe. We would love to comeback.

제주도 오면 또 오고 싶은 호텔이예요.
Pros:

식사도 맛있고, 룸 컨디션도 최상이었고, 호텔곳곳에서 만나는 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 웃는얼굴로 인사해주시고, 어딜가나 청결하고, 수영장도 야외와 실내 세곳이나 있어서 붐비지 않고 골라갈수있어서 너무 좋았어요.

Cons:

수영장 이용객들이 샤워가운을 입고 로비로 왔다갔다 하는게 썩 보기좋진 않았어요.. 아무래도 잠깐이나마 야외를 거쳐야하는 동선덕에 샤워가운을 걸쳐야해서 어쩔수없다곤 해도.. 워낙 넓어서 길치인 저는 헤매기 일쑤였고, 카펫이 안깔린복도를 거닐땐 힐소리를 의식하게 되더라구요.. 죄송했어요. 나머진 너무 좋았어요.

시설내 동선 불편
Pros:

아침식사+수영장 다회+ 워터파크다회 +숙박을 함께 4인이 2박 3일 이용하는 일정이여서 가성비가 있었습니다

Cons:

아이들 (초등학생 이하 아이들) 이 많은 점에서 보았을때 신화관 7000 번대에서 수영장 워터파크 더테라스 이동이 너무 불편한 동선 입니다. 1층 로비에 식사 조식 장소나 상가 입점 편의점등 입점을 고려하는 것이 좋을거 같습니다
