1、员工的服务态度太差了，办理入住时要求要高楼层及安静的房间，答曰：沒有高楼层的房间了（事实上入住很低）。我在众多的渡假酒店里选择入住贵酒店，我沒有好的体验，那么我以后也不会再來、我的朋友、亲人也不会来，久而久之就是更少人会选择入住这间酒店。我影响的兩天的渡假体验，但是贵酒店影响的是生意兴衰。双赢才是发展导向。
2、地处偏僻的地方，房价不包含早餐就有点不能理解了。
3、游泳池竟然沒有救生員也沒有毛巾，到前台拿了一条，却是有污漬的。

Das einzigste was ich allerdings sagen möchte ist, dass der Balkon zwar eine super schöne Aussicht hat, aber leider nicht zum verweilen einlädt, weil das Balkongeländer zu hoch ist und beim Sitzen die Sicht auf den Horizont blockiert, auch wenn er aus Glas besteht. Es gibt auch keinen Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon.
Und das Bier finde ich etwas teuer mit 150,- Pisos für ein kleines 0,33 Liter, große gibt es nicht.
Und für den Flughafen würde ich wirklich lieber etwas mehr Zeit einplanen und bei der Rezeption einen Tag vorher bestellen. Mein Grab hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Advertised as one bedroom King suite with sofa bed. There is no sofa bed, only a small two seater sofa. I had to ask for a single mattress to be brought in because I was travelling with my adult son, with whom I do not share a bed. They did agree to set up a mattress for me in the living room, but it made it crowded, as I was expecting to be able to fold up the "sofa bed" during the day.

The breakfasts were basic, with limited choices when considering the amount of money I spent on this suite with breakfast included. Very disappointing. However, the omlets were ok and pancakes were usually available.

When I first arrived, there was some kind of electric current coming through the water in the sink and shower. I was getting electric shocks!! As soon as I called reception to report the problem, a maintenance worker was sent. He sorted the problem immediately, thank goodness.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor.

The kitchenette only has a small fridge, kettle and a sink. There is no microwave or burner, so there's really no point in having a sink. Small fridges and kettles are fairly standard in most hotels. I expected more from the suite.

Although housekeeping were thorough about cleaning, we did see roaches on a daily basis.

The location of Arterra Hotel is too far away from anything else... Good for peace and quiet, but difficult to get out and about.... No real atmosphere...

We took the shuttle bus to the sister hotel to go to the beach, since Arterra's 'beachfront' is not accessible due to the rocky cliffs. Quite disappointing, not worth the effort....

We ordered two suites. When we went there they said they would be ready in 10 mins then we came back in 10 mins and they said they over booked us and one of our rooms was bo longer available. So we could only get a standard room. The second suite we booked was not ready yet and we had to wait another hour for them to tell us we couldnt have that room either cause the TV was broken. So we paid for two suites and didnt get either.

Konnten nicht bleiben. Laut Beschreibung sollte die Unterkunft Rollstuhlgerecht sein. Aber meine Frau konnte mit ihrem kleinen Rollstuhl nicht ins Badezimmer fahren weil die Tür zu schmal war

Nothing. All good!

Hadde et rom der det startet et aggregat rett utenfor i 4 etg. kl 05-06 og da våknet jeg og fikk ikke sove så lenge aggregatet gikk. Det varte i ca 1 time.

Тараканы. Грязно. Окна все в разводах, и в лобби тоже. Такси не дождаться, так как отель в отдалении. У нас был заявлен номер с видом на море. Технически так оно и было, но это был самый некрасивый вид, так как номер на 3 этаже и окна выходили на огромную по площади обшарпанную крышу. Мы бы простили, если бы отель был полон, и других номеров не было, но очевидно, что отель заполнен процентов на 20-30, не более, и персоналу даже в голову не приходит селить в лучшие номера из имеющихся и позаботиться о комфорте гостей, чтобы получать лучшие отзывы и заполнять отель постояльцами.
