All the staff are professionals. The place though isolated is pristine, very clean and solemn. This is really ideal for relaxation and rest. Really vacation.
The place is isolated and map is not updated. Aside from it, the facility is unaware of our arrival (not coordinated) since we booked via booking.com. Moreover, the price is higher here and USD as compared to direct booking.

.Anyway we are just there for a night. Well kudos to their staff for making it up on breakfast time.
When we arrived at the place, since I put in my booking that we will arrived about between 6- 7 pm,there guard make us wait for a long time since their head doen't endorsed our booking to them and sadly they are not there because they have meeting somewhere and they cannot contact them. We are tired and after a long time of waitng they let us in.Eveb if we show them our booking confirmation in they won't let us in
Our stay was a one-nighter as part of a bike event in the area. It was a value-for-money stay. Room was small but cozy and comfortable enough for two. Pool was nice. IG worthy is the restaurant and events pavillion. Best part was the dining experience - resto was very nice, food even better.

Friendly accomodating staffs
We had a pleasant and peaceful stay at the hotel. We checked in after hiking nearby Mt. Pinatubo, and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the hotel and its facilities were. The staff were also friendly and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this hotel.
We had a bit of a difficult time looking for the place since Waze told us to use the back roads. Suggest to use the main road for accessing the hotel to avoid passing through the narrow back roads in Capas.
Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic.
The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay.
Room is small, like studio size or less; it's fine for one but would be too tight for two. The A/C on the wall is old so it doesn't automatically stop at right temperature, plus has an odd smell. It's a farm(?) so the water is very hard and has a smell plus a bunch of minerals.
Food in the restaurant is decently good. However, I had to check out very early, and when asked the receptionist, they don't have anything to provide me for to-go and/or cold options. So much for the (worthless) "free breakfast".
Altogether, this place isn't worth the rate. The only thing exceptional is the staff.

The bathroom outside (near the pool)was very old and dirty. Would be better if they renovate that. Bathroom of their standard room is also very small.
Despite late arrival, check in was easy with staff greeting us at the driveway gate and at the lodging. Room was clean with expected amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations! We were only passing through en route to Banaue so we did not have time to enjoy the pool or to walk the grounds, which all looked lovely!
It was a little bit hard to find.
Not a good place , but i give a credit to the employees were good and friendly.
