Nice stay as always, but this time with a small hick-up
Pros:

As always staff was very friendly and professional like Hussain, Feroze, Rushdi, Muath and others. Always willing to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed at Paltinum numerous times but it has been happening with me during last 2 stays that the AC in the kids room (1 with twin beds) was not working and despite telling the staff when we came back after mi night, it was still not working. Due to this during last stay my daughter could not sleep and around 2-3 am she moved to sleep on sofa. Kindly check the equipment more often especially before guest moves to the room

دخلنا الفندق الساعة 3فجرا بعد سفر 3ساعات وكان زوجي جاي من دوام وورانا الظهر موعد فمكتب التاشيرات ماطلعنا بدري طلبنا يحسبون لنا يوم جديد باعتبار انو زباين للفندق من 15سنة رفضو ودفعنا 373 ريال واحنا ماجلسنا غير ساعات تعد حتى نوم مانمنا 💔

Excellent place to stay at Jeddah
Pros:

Excellent place to stay . All the staffs are very good & cordial. Always ready to help .Some of the staffs whom I came in contact with like Rushdie , Faiyaz , Rafi , Feroze were very helpful & always helped us & made our stay memorable . Reception staff like Muad & Ali were also very nice & cooperative.

I would highly recommend Platinum 70 to others .

Location is superb mainly for food & shopping.

Cons:

Nothing as such . Only bathroom size is small , mainly the shower area but they are renovating it floor by floor . So I shifted to first floor which has renovated room with spacious bathroom. It was superb .
I was told that gradually they are going to renovate all the smaller bathrooms and make them big . That would be great
