صراحه كانت اقامة جدا رائعة حجزت جناحين انا و عائلة اخرى الجميع مبسوط تعامل ونظافة وترحيب وفيه مطعم ومسبح والعاب اطفال ونادي جميل مقارنة بالسعر شكرا للقائمين عليه

Highly professional and caring staff
Pros:

Special thanks to Muath at reception for taking very special care throughout our stay of 2 nights, kind personality with highly professional attitude. Also Hussain and Feroze at concierge for personalized attention even before our check in when we connected with them to keep the rooms ready as we were checking in after late midnight. It is bcoz of above people that we feel at home and stay at only this property in Jeddah.

Excellent staff very good hospitality
Pros:

The staff was excellent,especially srilankan boy Mr Rushdi Ansar and Muad. Very nice gentleman and helpful throughout the stay.
