The location is excellent. A very quiet neighborhood. Building is very much superb. Breakfast was good and did enjoyed it.
The fact that the air conditioner was not cool enough.
Adis Hotel, situated in an excellent location with top-notch security, boasts a friendly staff. I highly endorse this hotel, particularly the Adis Hotel Prime, to anyone. My stay was so enjoyable that I opted to extend it, eventually transitioning to the Adis Hotel Prime. The owner is also incredibly pleasant. Adis Hotel Prime truly feels like a home away from home, and I'll certainly be booking here again, especially the Prime Hotel.

The price is what other standard hotels at the axis charge, but the service was such that there's no air conditioner because there's no light.

The hotel has accommodating staff. The room is spacious. They have a comfortable mattress that allows their guests to sleep well.
The hotel gives a variety of complementary breakfasts and well-prepared meals.
In my view, the hotel is decent and meets one's expectations, where the hotel ensures your needs are met. I will surely recommend this hotel to other guests. Moreover the hotel is situated in a quiet urban area.

I eventually stayed at Adis Prime and I loved the experience. The room was very nice and spacious with good facilities in the room. Also, the food was so delicious and well prepared, however, you MUST place your order well in advance as it takes them time to deliver. The owner literally warned us saying “Don’t get hungry before you order your food”. Three major things I loved about this hotel is that the Owner is a very kind man, the staff are very respectful, and they give you all the information you need to help you make informed decisions about your stay. I wish the internet was faster though, but yeah, it happens.
I didn’t like the confusion caused by the (I think) old Adis and the (newer) Adis Prime. I took a taxi to Adis Prime and was redirected, so I had to walk over and then back again because it was not a nice place and they turn off the light for several hours daily. But the Owner/Manager was very nice to get us an upgraded room at the Adis Prime. This, sort of, compensated for the stress.
