Cons:

El baño, olores se filtran por extractor; base ducha suelta.
Caja fuerte insegura: suelta de su base y la clave no se puede cambiar. Instrucciones no adecuadas.

Hermosas vistas
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el lugar. La ubicación es muy buena, la gente es muy amable y las instalaciones muy lindas. La habitación tenia una hermosa vista al mar y el restaurante tenía vista a toda la costanera. Muy buenos los desayunos y las comidas que hacen ahí. Muy recomendable!

Buena relación precio/calidad
Pros:

Fue la primera vez que me aloje en este hotel, la verdad que muy buena relación precio/calidad. Lo mejor sin dudas fue la vista al mar desde la habitación y el último piso donde sirven el desayuno tiene una vista increíble también. El desayuno fue muy completo, no había opciones de pan sin gluten. La ubicación era muy cómoda para ir al centro.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es un poco incomodo ya que se comparte con un comercio, y para acceder al hotel teníamos que salir a la vereda.

Loud music from restaurant made our stay very unpleasant

The suite had plenty of room and beautiful views.

Cons:

The suite on level 9 is below the restaurant. The night we stayed there was an event in the restaurant and the loud music was most unpleasant. The ceiling in our room vibrated with the noise. The music started around 4pm and continued into the night. There was no peace. Our stay was unbearable.

TOP Staff, good Vibes, great Location, excellent Rooms.
Pros:

The following Lines will sound like a commercial but it is how it is. We loved it here. What great Staff at this Hotel! We made a mistake with our Booking and the Frontdesk Personal was super helpful to change it and find a solution for 13 People of our Group :D Also on many other occasions the Staff including Restaurant Personal and Cleaning Personal was super helpful and friendly, great Vibe in the Team. Rooms were excellent by the way. Also Restaurant on the Rooftop had top Food. If your looking for a good Stay in Puerto Montt thats it.

Não muito satisfeito, esperava um pouquinho mais
Pros:

Funcionários prestativos e localização é muito boa. Café da manhã também tinha qualidade apesar de faltar alguns itens.

Cons:

Conservação ruim, internet fraca, limpeza fraca, muito barulho a noite e madrugada vindo do restaurante, banheiro sem sistema de exaustão, toalhas de banho velhas e remendadas, colchão vencido. Infelizmente não tem na cidade hotéis concorrentes, então todos hotéis tem baixa pontuação e não se preocupam em melhorar.
