Das Personal zeigte kein Verständnis für beide Reklamationen. Wir ernteten jeweils ein Achselzucken.

Gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht an der Wand festgeschraubt; er lag lose im Schrank! Das Reinigungs- oder sonstiges Hotelpersonal hätte das Zimmer jederzeit betreten und den Tresor unter den Arm klemmen und raustragen können. Der Zimmersafe war somit nutzlos. Wir reisen viel - so etwas haben wir vorher nur einmal vor 20 Jahren erlebt.
Beim gebuchten zweiten Aufenthalt wurde uns bei der Ankunft stumpf und emotionslos mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht. Immerhin hatte man gleichpreisig ein Ersatzhotel gebucht, welches vergleichbar war. Gleichwohl - das ist das erste Mal, dass uns dies bei einer Booking.com Buchung passiert ist.

Pros:

The breakfast was very complete; i.e., eggs, various meats and cheeses, plenty of fruits, yogurts, breads, pastries and juices. The location is just a short walk to the mall and the views for the water are very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
