Below Hilton standards
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly good although staff could do with some training, ask for milk for our tea , in Mandarin , and get a cup of milk.
The quality of the food in the executive lounge was good.

Cons:

Main bar Song, advertised opening times 10AM - 11PM , closed at 20.45 , in fact closed whenever they felt like it, executive lounge also advertised opening until 10PM , if you arrive around 9PM do not expect to be welcome.
When we did visit the executive lounge we wanted to finish two glasses of wine in our room, on the same floor i add, we were warned we should return the glasses which we tried to do the next morning but the lounge was not open therefore we left the glasses on the table opposite, when we checked out the the same morning we were challenged at reception and asked if we had returned the glasses or we should pay for them.
To be honest , wouldn't stay in this hotel again,some staff were good but on the whole not up to Hilton standard.
