Cons:

O café é servido das 8h às 11h, porém às 9h40 já não havia mais nada disponível. A reposição demorou, e os funcionários que estavam repondo pareciam muito alterados, realizando as tarefas com aparente raiva e má vontade, algo perceptível para todos os hóspedes. Além disso, ficou evidente a falta de preparação e planejamento da equipe, especialmente considerando que estava acontecendo um evento grande na cidade. Ver os funcionários jogando as bandejas com força no balcão foi bastante desagradável.

O café é muito bom. Gostei também do travesseiro, lençóis e edredom.

Cons:

O espaço do banho é minúsculo, impossibilitando localização quando não se quer lavar ou molhar o cabelo. Tive que ficar me desviando da água porque o chuveiro fica exatamente em cima da cabeça e não há espaço para escapar da água na cabeça.
