Convenient location , room was functional and bed was ok. Great towels
Pros:

Dinner was quick and reasonably priced. Good view of the city out of window. Towels were very good.

Cons:

I thought the entry process was a little brash. We walked to the airport, and it was fine, but the fee for your courtesy bus at $9 each was exhorbitant.

Its was a pleasant experience. The staffs were great.

Just what you need for an overnight stay at an airport hotel.
Pros:

Easy access from airport. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Good shower. Cafe downstairs has good options for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Decor was a little tired but not a problem as we were only there for one night.

It was ok. Price is ok considering the location. But I would have expected a cleaner bathroom regardless.
Pros:

10-15 min walk from the airport and easy to get to.

Cons:

The bathrooms need a good clean. Mildew and grime on the tiles and grout. Dirty around the outside of the shower. We had hair in the sink. Just needs a really good deep clean.
Buffet breakfast finishes too early at 9:30am.

Ordinary facilities, parking is exorbitant and the beds were uncomfortable!
Pros:

Airport close by

Cons:

I was treated quite rudely by the manager (Paul?) when I had mistakenly thought that parking was complimentary. He was not open to any discussion and I felt unheard and dismissed.

A disappointing reduction in standards and care
Pros:

It was OK but in the past it has been very good.

Cons:

Many things, mostly minor were not right - why check in on line as requested to repeat it at reception?
- in the restaurant a mistake was made with the order
- again in the restaurant, at breakfast there is no longer yoghurt, muesli, cheese or cold meats. The evening meal (caesar salad) was not crisp and flavoursome but appeared limp and swimming in sauce. To be fair the thai beef salad was generous and full of flavour.
- the room was again generally good but items such as standard breakfast tea bags were missing
Overall standards appear to be slipping and cost cutting appears to reduce the personal approach at reception. The happy human touch is lacking now. We always felt welcome, it is unfortunate that this has gone subsumed by a corporate brand.

Nocowałem w tym hotelu, żeby zdążyć na poranny samolot
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko lotniska, ale trzeba z hotelu dojechać busem na terminal International

Cons:

Hotel nie ma swojego charakteru, ale takie są hotele przy lotniskach, wszyscy tam zatrzymują się na jedną noc.

good apart from double payment and no folow up on refund.

Digital check in didn't allow me to check in I was charged twice and I have had to ring twice since my stay to request receipt and acknowledgment of refund.
