La distance vers la gare.

Cons:

La chambre est dépourvu de tout confort pour quelqu'un qui se déplace pour son travail. Il n'y pas un bureau pour travailler, il n'y pas un machine a café, un bouloir d'eau, des tasses. Il y a une chaise avec des traces blanches suspects, une table non fonctionelle.
La salle de bain est mal conçu. Impossible de prendre la douche sans mouiller le sol au tour de la toilette.
