Pros:

Great room, really big and very comfy beds. Excellent locked bike storage. Nice walk into Haarlem centre. It was just what we were looking for in an overnight stay.

NOT THE BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A decent internet connection and friendly staff.

Cons:

The location is rather inconvenient unless you come by car - we didn't. The room was super-basic with no frills at all. The lighting setup seemed to have been designed by a lunatic, with 'reading lamps' that weren't over the bed but to one side of it and a bathroom light that came on automatically when you opened the door (which was loud - great when your partner is sleeping) but otherwise had no switch and otherwise an 'all or nothing' approach that meant that all the lights in the room were either on or off, with no flexibility at all.
