The stay was alright. Room service was good. Our Room was neat and tidy.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The room was beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

the breakfast buffet isn’t worth it. The food was very boring and not even good. (On both the days) The chefs are kind of trying to do the easy job. The fruits are set on the top of table (uncut) where most of us cannot even see properly and it’s full of dirt. They were UNDERSTAFFED on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY! So that was a big deal. It was quite mismanaged.

A very quick stay, but felt welcome and stress free . Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and quiet clean room.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Included breakfast was a great start to the day.
Pros:

On the 19th floor overlooking the river. Morning view of the freeway. Early start so got to see the City come alive. Bed (king size) was very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind.

Highly not recommended it is not really the value of the money
Pros:

The property was too small, even though the location was very convenient, but that was not the place I was looking for

Cons:

There was absolutely no control over the room temperature and it was very hot at night. It was preset at 23.5 Celsius and I could not change it and it was very hard the whole night and also there was no room service number on the telephone so I could not make any call.

Pros:

The staff, especially the girls at reception, were absolutely lovely! Went above and beyond

Cons:

The bed had a few stains on it, kike from someomes shoes and i couldn't find the WiFi code anywhere
