Noisy, but otherwise comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is charming, hotel room (including bathroom) was spacious and clean, the 24/7 gym facilities were satisfactory, and the lobby is a nice hangout area. Excellent location for those attending the MCEC or Crown.

Cons:

I stayed on the 14th floor and my room faced a multi-lane highway. Traffic noise was very loud and made it challenging to sleep.

A lovely hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

The location was incredible for us, right next door to the Convention Centre. Parking was also right out the front and DFO across the carpark, what more could you want! It was such a beautiful hotel, and the staff go above and beyond for their customers. Could not recommend it more highly.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The bed was slanted and I kept sliding which kept waking me up.
The mattress wasn't bad besides the slant.

Pros:

Spotlessly Clean, smooth check in, staff polite and happy / helpful. Great location, easy walk to everything

Cons:

If you have younger kids, you do need to walk a few kms getting in and out if the city... our kids loved that though, some may not... the walk is beautiful along south bank main strip

Convenient location with excellent facilities.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was very clean - and modern. Bed was VERY comfortable. Gym was good. Food was excellent (and good value too!).

Cons:

I took the buffet breakfast, and while it included a barista coffee, the service was VERY slow. To be fair, it was very busy. The breakfast buffet was really good otherwise.
