Very comfy stay.
Pros:

The staff were lovely! Great viewBreakfast was good, beds are very comfortable and room Was very clean and cleaned daily very well.

Cons:

The smell. The foyer and concierge areas both have intense fragrance diffusers. Too much for us. Level 25 didn’t smell. Can wait a while for the lifts. Beds were 2 singles, caution for the join.

Outstanding stay and hope to get the opportunity to return.
Pros:

I had a delightful stay at the Novotel in Melbourne. The hotel was very comfortable, with a great restaurant on the lower level and lots of dinning options near by. I was fortunate to have a remarkable view of the downtown skyline, and I really enjoyed the easy walk along the river and the close proximity to the city center. Overall, it was a most enjoyable stay.

A lovely place to stay with convenient access to the city.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional with their attitudes and willingness to assist. The access to the drop off location was slow to access due to traffic and drop off location is limited. The hotel facilities were easy to access, clean and fully stocked. Food in the restaurant arrived promptly and was tasty. If you are attending an event at the Convention Centre, I would highly recommend this place. It is literally next door.

Cons:

The menu in the restaurant wasn't very exciting, similar items to a pub and a little pricey because of that ($140 for 2 x mains, a wine and a cocktail). Unfortunately their was a flood under the tiles, in my bathroom when I arrived.

Overall, happy but not sure I would stay again.
Pros:

Location is a winner if you love to shop. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Stayed here many times. Feel the cleaning has been neglected. Hallway carpet to room was grotty and didn’t get clean during our three day stay. Bathroom shower mold starting to build up.

Location was ideal and room right size.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned well. Dust was thick on some of the switches, there was grime in the bathroom and the bed was too soft.
