Pros:

Beaucoup aimé le soutien du personnel. J’y suis allé pour l’anniversaire de mon copain le 13 février et le réceptionniste ce soir là m’a offert un service exceptionnel, notamment en m’aidant à réussir la surprise à mon copain. Dommage que j’ai oublié son nom. Un jeune homme très gentil, patient et serviable.

Cons:

L’emplacement se trouve en plain centre-ville de Montréal donc il faut être très attentif pour ne pas se perdre parmi les nombreux immeubles qui se ressemblent. Le parking aussi est un autre problème, surtout si tu ne choisis pas celui de l’hôtel.
