Very nice staff, clean facility all around, definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was very good especially the omelette from the kitchen. The people that worked throughout the hotel were very friendly. The bar service was also good. Will come back again. In addition the valet services were great and we received our vehicle quickly every time.

Sammie was so amazing the week I was there. So nice every time I came down for my car. Thank you Sammie for making that part of trip easy and enjoyable.

Ivan at valet was amazing dude the only valet guy that is so nice but hotel helpers for my room was lil rude but Ivan at valet is great guy needs a raise ASAP.

I liked the place, very clean, good attention. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, but overall good experience. The overnight valet services was very good, nice people, in particular Sammie that was very nice and helpful. Kudos to her!

The staff was great! The place was very clean and in a good location for our needs. We could walk to a lot of our events; otherwise, we took an uber. The room darkening curtains were also nice!

Our stay at the hotel was amazing , the valet service is great !! Sammie was very fast and efficient in parking our car , the room was very nice as well . This has been one of our best experience yet !

Spent about five days here with family for a graduation and we had the best time from beginning to end! Lobby and rooms were clean was great but what I wanted to make a review on is the outstanding valet team especially Ivan and Brian! Every single time that our car came or left, they went out of their way to help our family and always make sure that they were very accommodating. Cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough!

The location in a pedestrian driven environment to many bars, restaurants and activities exceeded expectations. The rooms were excellent: clean, spacious with comfortable beds and nice linen. The check-in lounge area had a nice bar, coffee and sitting areas. The valet parking was attentive. My first choice for places to stay in OKC.

Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and seemed comfortable. It was my 2nd time at this property and my only disappointments are these:

1). The pillows are too flat and hard on the bed
2). As a Gold Level Bonvoy member, my request for a Late Checkout was rejected. This is a standard Gold Level perk based on availability. The hotel showed no signs of high occupancy, it seemed mostly vacant and very low key in the common areas of the property, as I hardly saw any guests during my 2 night weekend stay.

Our checkout was 2 days before OKC hosted their NBA playoff game - so why the availability crisis preventing the 2pm late checkout option?

There was literally no reason to reject a very reasonable request, especially considering Bonvoy’s Gold Level perk allowance policy. But unfortunately, the front desk refused, despite having many rooms available, as I confirmed with Reservations before checking out.

I visit OKC regularly and will definitely remember how we were rejected before finding another Marriott next time that’s more accommodating to Gold Members.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Several people complained and even took an earlier flight to check out early.

Nice atmosphere, really enjoyed the stay. Very friendly staff all around
