I was close to my event.

Cons:

I was charged two deposits. My credit card is overdrawn. $800 hold for a $400 stay is ridiculous. I did not order any extras only the room.

Nice location, upscale facilities, but beware of Booking.com.
Pros:

The location in the Brickell district was perfect for both mid-day and late night walks. The hotel had nice facilities with an upscale trend. The location is also near the streetcar which provides easy access to other areas of the City.

Cons:

The hotel informed us, when trying to check in, that our booking was only for one night instead of two nights as had been prepaid through Booking.com. The staff was quite rude throughout the ordeal, but it didn't help when a Booking.com agent hung up on one of the staff members - this lead to retaliation against us, the paying customers. The entire ordeal took three hours to resolve and we weren't in a room until after midnight. This might very well be the last time I used Booking.com as there was never a solution provided after spending multiple hours on the phone.

Great cozy room! New Years Eve stay
Pros:

I like that it’s not too busy on the area but is still close to everything.

Cons:

The doors/walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway.

Pros:

Good location, food was okay. Waffles and pancakes would be good

Cons:

Prices on the burgers was a bit high for us. Not a big selection on food for dinner. We don't drink but looks like have a nice bar area.

Cons:

The stay itself was great! The breakfast buffet could have definitely been better or just regular continental ! It’s going on three weeks since I’ve stayed there. I’ve been calling the hotel probably everyday to speak to management because the hotel still has my incidentals pending after being told there were no extra charges. Again ive been calling and calling. Every time I do get an answer, the manager isn’t in. Finally told me he was there two days ago, they transferred me to him and no answer! Left a very detailed message with a callback number! Still nothing! Very unprofessional! I will be calling for the general manager or get corporate involved asap !

The Best Hotel To Stay in OKC
Pros:

Ms.Candy is Amazing like always when we stay here. The valet gentleman's was Awesome help us with directions and brought our car super quick. I LOVE staying at the AC Hotel, as soon as you walk in the Amazing smell or cleanliness through out the hotel and the warm welcoming from the staff, walking distance to alot of places make here you 1st choice you will not be disappointed.
