The staff were great! They were all lovely. The hotel is very clean.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a cheap mattress. I was traveling for work and the wifi was not working. I needed the wifi to complete some work after my training in the city. I was not notified about the wifi being out. Not the staffs fault as I am sure they are not allowed to share that information unless directed by those who make more than they do. I contacted Marriot about the wifi issues and haven't heard back.

Hotel was very clean and smelt great. Any of the staff members we had interactions with were also fantastic.

Friendly front desk people...nice location..close to attractions

Cons:

Sewer smell, not a normal breakfast buffet , had to change rooms due to loud and vibrating cooling systems...too expensive for all the issues

Home away from home
Pros:

I stay here for a week every month for work. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but that’s not what sets it apart. The staff and the front desk ladies are the kindest, most welcoming and professional anywhere. A few months back I left a lot of cash in my room, Candy called me before I realized it was missing and held it for me. Every night I come back from work to fresh lavender sashes, cookies or popcorn. It’s become home away from home thanks to my friends at the front desk. I appreciate you!
