Great cozy room! New Years Eve stay
Pros:

I like that it’s not too busy on the area but is still close to everything.

Cons:

The doors/walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway.

Would stay again,
Pros:

Good location, food was okay. Waffles and pancakes would be good

Cons:

Prices on the burgers was a bit high for us. Not a big selection on food for dinner. We don't drink but looks like have a nice bar area.

Cons:

The stay itself was great! The breakfast buffet could have definitely been better or just regular continental ! It’s going on three weeks since I’ve stayed there. I’ve been calling the hotel probably everyday to speak to management because the hotel still has my incidentals pending after being told there were no extra charges. Again ive been calling and calling. Every time I do get an answer, the manager isn’t in. Finally told me he was there two days ago, they transferred me to him and no answer! Left a very detailed message with a callback number! Still nothing! Very unprofessional! I will be calling for the general manager or get corporate involved asap !

The Best Hotel To Stay in OKC
Pros:

Ms.Candy is Amazing like always when we stay here. The valet gentleman's was Awesome help us with directions and brought our car super quick. I LOVE staying at the AC Hotel, as soon as you walk in the Amazing smell or cleanliness through out the hotel and the warm welcoming from the staff, walking distance to alot of places make here you 1st choice you will not be disappointed.

Great value, nice lobby, comfortable, well equipped and designed room.
Pros:

Location, large clean and comfortable lobby, basic but comfortable and well designed room. Good amenities in room.

Cons:

A few doors by the elevator on our floor were damaged (veneer missing in spots) and hallway walls scuffed. Didn't leave a great impression. Needs to be tidied up.

Reason why it’s not even the top 60 in Oklahoma City
Pros:

Our entire soccer club’s families were extremely disappointed with the AC Hotel in Oklahoma City . We canceled our reservation five days before our scheduled stay, well within any reasonable cancellation window — yet the hotel still charged us in full for nights we did not stay.

We traveled hours for a youth soccer event, only to deal with this kind of dishonest and unprofessional business practice. The lack of integrity and accountability from this management team is beyond frustrating.

Families should be able to trust hotels to honor their own cancellation policies, not take advantage of traveling guests. We will absolutely not be staying here again and will strongly advise our soccer organization and partner families to avoid this property in the future.
