Great value in a great location.
Pros:

Wonderful location, close to City Hall, walkable or short bus/drive to museums, across street from music, near murals.
Staff were great!

Cons:

There was no separate light for desk space area - one had to have the bright overhead lights on.
Breakfast has only one server, and apparently a small kitchen. We had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for food to be prepared, especially when a large party just happened to order just before us.

Convenient
Pros:

Great location. Easy to find my great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to take the broad street line to the stadiums. 30th Street not far either if you want to take amkrak.

Cons:

Cable was not working for 70% of our stay. Wanted to watch the Olympics so that was a bummer.
