Would not stay here again and was embarrassed to have booked it for my girlfriend.
Pros:

Location was decent, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly

Cons:

TV didn't work in our room, eventually switched rooms. Iron was broken in new room. Ice machine was broken. Rooftop bar advertised in booking was closed. No amenities shop so had to order delivery on contact solution and toothpaste. Lighting in bathroom was too dim to really get ready, lighting in room was too bright to be good at night. Staff, while friendly, had an odd reaction to so many things being broken. It was a sort of "yeah that's unfortunate" but not surprise or assurance anything would be fixed. Ground floor front desk is just a printed out plain sign that says front desk. Worst hotel entry room I have ever seen in my life, not photographed on the website. Bathroom had 0 soundproofing from rest of room. Not clean in concerning places and scuffmarks on paint in multiple areas of hotel.

Pros:

Location was great and the room size was also good. Clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar was great! Sam was amazing!

Cons:

The walls are dark and the lighting is atrocious, especially in the bathroom. Hard to put makeup on because the lighting is so dim. Whoever designed the hotel rooms in terms of darkness and mood lighting is not doing them any favors.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute preisleistung. Es ist ruhig. Und wir empfehlen es.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ist nicht weit von dem Cityhall. Eine U Bahn ist direkt daneben.

Cons:

Das Frühstücke hat nicht so viel Auswahl. Das rooftop Bar ist leider zu.

Pros:

La ubicación fantastica, las camas confortables, el baño de tamaño medio bueno, el desayuno bastante bueno tipo bufet con lo imprescindible , la entrada al hotel confunde por que es como una recepción "cutre", pero se sube al primer piso o bien por escaleras o ascensor y la cosa cambia

No hicieron un dia la habitación , y al llegar cansados por la tarde se limitaron a disculparse y darnos unas toallas, la limpieza de la habitación regular por los suelos
