Excellent room and location, but entrance safety and reception service need improvement
Pros:

The room was quite spacious, and since the property is new, everything looked very clean, modern, and well-equipped. Additionally, the location was absolutely key; it is incredibly close to all the major attractions and city transportation, making it super convenient to get around

Cons:

On the downside, I highly suggest repairing the broken glass pane at the entrance, as it is dangerous when trying to bring luggage through the door. Furthermore, the customer service from the reception staff definitely needs improvement, as they could be much more welcoming.

Customer service,Cleanness,and its location.

Cons:

Breakfast is lack of other options like gluten free and other varieties.also, breakfast is served only on weekends and heavy days even though you booked with breakfast included during the week days .

Pros:

Everything was delightful. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near both the train and main trolley stations, as well as the historic old city. The gym offered more amenities than anticipated, and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. I particularly appreciated that the room's flooring was not carpeted.
Wendy was very helpful once we realized the coffee machine didn't work.
The service was excellent.

La Habitación era esquinera, muy buena vista, super cómoda, amplia, el baño bastante bien. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

EL desayuno "buffete" tenia costo adicional, pero era muy básico y no tenía el mejor sabor. Los ascensores se demoraban mucho.

Only worth it if the price is a good deal. Otherwise, I’d recommend elsewhere.

The location is superb.

Cons:

There was hair in the shower from the previous room holder. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room, which made for very hot nights. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Staff were always on the phone and took long periods of time to assist.
