Pros:

Our room was beautiful and clean and staff keep us stocked with towels throughout our stay. The location was centrally located between sight seeing areas, shopping and eateries! We all felt safe and cannot wait to visit NY Financial District Courtyard in the near future! Bonus, we loved our view from the 23rd floor.

it was a safe area and that I believe was the best part of the stay.
Pros:

sound proof room were not available you could hear the garbage truck, also breakfast was not included for the price charged.

Cons:

I was at a high floor and I could listen to the trucks at 2: am passing bye.

Great option for quick stay
Pros:

The hotel was never clean and the staff were helpful . I was celebrating a birthday and there were nice enough to decorate the room which was very special . The price was reasonable and the location was ideal for quick travel to different boroughs of NY
