The location is cool. The room was clean

Cons:

Location of the bathroom with a glass door. Bathroom light shines right to the bed. Breakfast was subpar expected more options

So, I would try the facility again because of the history of me staying there, bugs changed me
Pros:

First I want to thank you all for allowing me to elaborate on my scores. The staff was exceptional for the majority of the stay. I happen to love this particular facility. I have stayed there many times. and I have never ever had a bad day there. I liked pretty much everything. People are helpful, and knowledgeable.

Cons:

What put a damper on my entire stay is that there was a roach in my room on the wall crawling toward the curtain area. It made me very uncomfortable in my room. I did not say anything about the roach to my guests, because I did not want them to have a bad experience, because I had talked so wonderfully about the stay at that facility on the way there. I did tell the desk staff about it, after all I paid 206.00 for one night to stay there. Honestly no one expects to see any bugs at a hotel that charges that type of money per night. I thought they might try to compensate they did not.

Quite stay, fun loving. Easy to obtain something greater in motivation.
Pros:

Quite, readily available... Helpful above and beyond service, polite. Faimily friendly.

Cons:

The fridge not cold at first... No refunds standard was particularly unexpected.

Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel, probably the best in Great Falls. Amazing views and outdoor seating areas with a fire. This is my second time staying, price is a little higher than my usual budget. But worth the extra bit. Would highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay. Front desk staff are amazing, honest, and helpful.

Pros:

the AC unit blows directly in your face all night long. It is right beside the beds, and there is no way to change the angle of the air flow. Very poor design in the rooms. It is a shame, becuase the reset of the hotel is beautiful... but if you are looking for a good nights rest... this hotel won't give it to you.

Very close to five stars stay... we would definitely return...
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, accommodating to us, as well as professional. Our room & the hotel in general were immaculately clean. Everything in room was up to date and functional, bed/bedding comfortable & we didn't have any issues. The indoor hot tub was in order, which I hope will be the case during our future stays. Pool was freezing cold though. We noticed through the years of traveling that some hotels keep their pools warm, some somewhat heated & some cold. It's just the way it is. Hot tub being hot is an absolute must for us, which was the case during our stay. Breakfast was really good, just like what you expect from the brand & was very well managed.
