Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The was very courteous and immediately attended to my requests. Breakfast is set up beautifully with an amazing variety. Every staff member as received with a smile. The restaurant staff was amazing. Great Variety on the menu and superb drinks.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, ele é bonito por dentro.

Cons:

O atendimento é deficitário, falta aquele cuidado com os detalhes. Na hora do check in não forneceram a NFe, e depois tive dificuldades em conseguir a nota.
O restaurante também deixa a desejar, e aí vem a questão de que talvez seja porque não tem movimento, e fica difícil ter comida de qualidade se não tem movimento. Só que para ter movimento precisa ter comida de qualidade.

A qualidade dos serviços faz a diferença e esse problema com o garçom me deixou desapontado.

Cons:

Atendimento de quarto do restaurante foi ineficiente. Levou minha salada sem temperos, disse que voltaria e não voltou ao meu quarto com os temperos solicitados. O garçom estava com muita pressa.

Pros:

Os funcionarios todos muito simpaticos e prontos para resolver qualquer problema! Cafe da manhã muito completo, cheio de variedades, assim que acabava eles logo repunham com sorriso no rosto! Camas confortaveis e o quarto bem amplo! Adorei!

Cons:

Peguei um quarto que tinha uma conjugação, por mais que a porta estava trancada para o outro, conseguia ouvir a pessoa no outro perfeitamente. Mas imagino que nem todos os quartos sao assim, de qualquer forma, recomendo o hotel!
