Broken thermostat, and nobody cared. Miserable night.

My daughter’s room had a broken thermostat. She reported it, and the front desk just said, “Ok.” She was there with her two little daughters, in a sweltering hot room all night. They didn’t even offer a different room, or even a discount!

Pros:

We brought a dog & dog rooms are on the first floor. I liked that the pet fee was only $10/night! We liked that we could park riht in front of the sliding glass door. It made for easy loading & unloading from the room.

Cons:

The complementary breakfast was very basic with the majority of options heavy carb's, low quality foods. No fresh fruit, no yogurt options.... Bedding was okay, not great. The beds were overly soft.

About as far from Sun Valley as you'd want to be while still being accessible. Excellent value!
Pros:

Great outdoor swimming pool. Nice hot tubs. They are truly hot! Helpful front desk staff. Clean and modern. Well kept property.

Cons:

Rooms are so/so. Overall very nice but you can tell lots of people stay in them.

Very nice - would stay again. Stayed in Nov so fall colors were beautiful. Brought my bike
Pros:

Property was in a great location. Room was great - bed was comfortable, coffee great with good creamer and shower was nice (I had a knee replacement 2 months ago so shower was easy to get in and out. Also elevator was really nice)

Nothing - everything was gtrat
