快適でした
Pros:

温泉がとてもよくてお湯もトロトロ、景色も最高でした。スパのお掃除も行き届いていて、ここは…と思うところは全くありませんでした。

Cons:

連泊でエコでシーツの交換等がないことは分かっていましたが、せめてベットシーツを少し整えたりしてもらえるともっと良かったかなと思います。
ホテルにはよく滞在しますが、エコ滞在でもシーツ交換がなくても大抵はピシッとベットを整えてもらっています
それと、カップの交換もしてもらいたかったです

受付は事務的な感じがしました。
スタッフはカウンターの中での接客でしたので、
エレベーター前やフロワーにご案内係が居ると良いです。もう少し積極的に明るく接客すると良いなと思います。

주차장을 찾느라 너무 고생을 했습니다
결국 호텔 가까운 주차장은 못찾고 멀리 떨어진곳도 간신히 찾아 주차했습니다
주차장 안내에 좀더 적극적으로 홍보를 부탁드립니다
