Fui muito bem recebida no hostal, com muita simpatia e cortesia. O quarto era muito bom, amplo, limpo, com uma cama bastante confortável e uma varanda com uma vista maravilhosa para os vulcões Agua e Fuego.
It was less than a 10-minute walk to the airport which was great. I had an 0600 departure and felt very safe. The hotel is in a gated area. Once past the gate, it is about a block to the airport. There was also a fan in the room, and I was able to buy beverages from the front desk. They also gave me a yoghurt, drink and cookies in a bag to take with me at 0415 since I was not there for breakfast.
There is no on-site food for an evening meal and there does not seem to be much around but they hotel has an order-in menu or you can do Uber Eats. I chose to eat at the airport when I went to check in the night before my flight.
We only stayed here for a few hours to catch a quick nap between flights. It is close to the airport which worked well for this purpose.
Excellent home base before an early morning flight. Comfortable bed; soft, clean towels, and very friendly staff.
Very close to the airport. They offer complimentary pick up, but only until 7pm.

When I arrived the driver was not waiting for me although I followed all the instructions on the meeting point. I tried to call and text but it took 20 min for the hotel to react and another 10 for the driver to arrive. No apology offered by the hotel, I got a rather rude reaction when I complained (although another lady in the morning was very friendly). I also still needed to pay the full price for my pick up after their working hours although Uber would have been half the price.
Room was tiny 8sqm max although it said 16sqm when I booked.

no me gustó porque fue mucha la diferencia por lo que consumi. seria mejor omo en otros lados que yo pida mi comida y pague lo que consumo sin que ellos quieran hacer la orden por mi. porque por ese servicio pagué mas del doble. gracias
