Me encantó el alojamiento , muy cerca del aeropuerto y las habitaciones muy cómodas.
El desayuno muy bueno
La atención del personal y la decoración. La posibilidad de centrarse a desayunar en el hermoso patio es un plus.

Su hermoso jardín, desayuno variado y sabroso y su acogedor ambiente.
En el check in no había personal para subirnos las maletas y no tienen elevador. El señor que nos recibió fue poco amable. La puerta del baño se traba y hace mucho ruido al querer abrirla o cerrarla.
I stay at Villa Toscana every time I fly into GUA. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the linens and pillows are high quality. The courtyard is magical with beautiful plants, flowers, and humming birds.
The staff are very friendly and many have worked there for years. It is located in a very safe gated neighborhood and is quiet.
There was nothing not to like but it is 2 floors so if you have a problem with stairs be sure to let them know that you will need the 1st floor.

Para quienes toman su vuelo de madrugada es una buena opción.
El baño no contaba con insumos necesarios. Te proveían de un sachet de acondicionador, un diminuto jabón y solamente dos toallas, las cuales tenían hilos que colgaban de las costuras.
Lo que más me llamó la atención fue que el uso de instalaciones estaba restringido con horarios, el área comunal, el jardín, incluso el horario para pedir la cena a través del mismo hotel.
Solicité un cambio de bombilla y el señor me indicó que iría cuando pudiera y al llegar me comentó que solamente debía ajustar bien la misma, algo que considero ellos deberían revisar para ofrecer un buen servicio.
Tampoco me agradó el tener que dejar mi llave en recepción al salir, no es algo a lo que se acostumbre.
La relación precio y servicio no me pareció adecuada, me he hospedado en hoteles más económicos y con un trato al cliente que es meritorio.
Incluso, la persona de recepción no se ofreció a ayudarme con mi maleta. El lugar no tenía ascensores así que tuve que cargar mi maleta hasta el siguiente piso. Ella solamente vio como lo hacía.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y en una zona qie aparentemente no está muy saturada de tránsito vehicular.
Que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado.
