Pros:

We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. The appartment is not updatet and the bed was bad. I could not recommend this appartment.

orsicht vor Nebenkosten und Kaution
Pros:

Das Apartment war an sich ok, allerdings grenzt die Beschreibung an Betrug. Es wird der Eindruck vermittelt als befände sich Schwimmbad und Sauna im gleichen Gebäude, das ist aber nicht so. Man fährt mit dem Auto in ein nahegelegenes Hotel. Die Kaution 100€ wird erst nach Prüfung des Inventars zurückgezahlt. Es wurde jedoch beim Einzug keine Bestandsaufnahme gemacht oder ein Inventarverzeichnis geliefert. Das gibt dem Inhaber die Möglichkeit nochmals Geld abzuzocken. Die Gläser/Geschirr waren nicht sauber. 170 Sloty zusätzliche Kosten für Reinigung und Kurtaxe für drei Nächte sind einfach zu viel. Bei der Anreise hatten wir angerufen, dass wir kurz nach 18 Uhr eintreffen. Es wurde gesagt die Rezeption ist bis 20 Uhr offen. Die Rezeption befand sich aber nicht bei dem Apartmenthaus sondern ebenfalls in einem anderen Hotel. Wir standen dann vor dem Apartment und warteten eine Stunde in der Warteschleife bis endlich jemand ans Telefon ging und uns die Adresse der Rezeption mitteilte. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung waren soweit ok. Tischdecken und Decken waren aber schmutzig und rochen unangenehm. Der Schließer vom Badezimmer war lose und fiel immer ab. Das Apartment und Schwimmbad waren an sich ok. Es ist schade, dass so getan wurde als wäre alles unter einem Dach. So bekommt man einen vollkommen falschen Eindruck. Ich hatte andere Gäste getroffen, die bei uns im Keller das Schwimmbad suchten. Es sind also auch andere auf diese Art der Darstelllung reingefallen.

Pros:

Moderne Unterkunft, gute, ruhige Lage, einige Kleinigkeiten sind aufgefallen wie defekte Glühlampen oder lose Fußleisten, sonst alles ok.

Pros:

Recht kleines Appartement Einrichtung kommt langsam In die Jahre. Kaputte Schrankscharniere, defekter Waschtisch Ablauf, Kein Satelitten TV nur polnische Sender.
Positiv: liegt auf halben Weg zwischen Strand und Altstadt, super Preis,inkl. Nutzung der Spa Bereiche in den Hotels Düne, Mariene und Sand Hotel. Tolles polnische Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.
