Staff doesn't know English, first they asked 3% more for credit card payments (later after heated interaction they withdraw). Pathetic internet, once disconnected you need password again. No tea coffee hot water in the room. Overall hotel is negative aura and attitude. Not worth staying at any price

Pros:

Breakfast was tasty but a very scarce selection, but I understand it because there were few customers.

Cons:

I do not understand why you can't get any previous login, even though the hotel has clearly free rooms that could be ready. It would also be nice in Thailand if the hotel staff were local
