Smaakvol ingericht. Grote kamers met royaal en goed bed. Prima ontbijt en aardig personeel dat meedenkt.
Friendly great staff
The rooms are spacious and clean. Location was perfect and in safe area in La Paz. Wifi was working perfectly (we worked for 2 days). The breakfast is freshly made and really tasty - the options are limited but for 4 days it's really more than enough. During the day you can use coffee and tea station which is also nice.
The staff was really top notch - we booked with them taxis when uber had issues and they helped us with making proper booking of taxi to Valle de la Luna, so the driver would wait for us. Laundry service also worked without any issues.
The water in shower could be warmer, but this is an issue in many places in La Paz.
Excellent and friendly communication while booking. I was arriving early am from an overnight bus and Pilar assured me I could come any time to utilize the common spaces and would try to accommodate my early check in. The hotel, garden and sitting areas very lovely. Many nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

- les chambres donnent sur une rue très passante..... 1ere nuit compliquée mais j ai pu changer de chambre . il y a 2 chambres au fond du jardin, moins bien décoré mais bcp + calme

Le personnel est charmant et très serviable. Ils m'ont aidé à trouver un transfert depuis/vers l'aéroport ainsi que pour faire une excursion en dehors de La Paz.
L'hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier agréable et tranquille. Un véritable coup de cœur pour la décoration et pour le jardinet!
Je recommande à 100% et j'ai déjà réservé ma chambre pour mon prochain passage! A bientôt !

The hotel has a different ambiance and the location felt safe. But we would have preffered to stay around Witches Market.
The rooms are cold and the portable heater was not enough. Hot water was not stable and was taking some time. There was a weird smell at our room. We had a really bad experience in the restaurant in the garden. We waited almost for an hour and the food was very poor. The bread of hamburger was very old and the taste was not good. I forgot my shirt in the room, the hotel said they couldn't find it but I also don't have it. So I didn't understand how it got lost.

I’ve never been so misled by a hotel’s user rating before—I think Booking should really check this property.
The room and bathroom were full of mold, with a strong musty smell. It’s impossible to sleep because of the noise from outside.
Maybe it was just my room, but I doubt it. Avoid room number one—the closest to the reception. Besides the mold, it’s right by the street, where cars accelerate uphill, creating constant noise that makes it impossible.
