Majestic Sea View Resort

L’endroit étais super propre femme de ménage qui vient tout nettoyer chaque jour super bien placer à 12 min de la plage proche de plusieurs épicerie le personnel étais sur la cocher à conseiller

Hallo ihr Lieben,
Meine Frau und ich haben uns über dieses (Hotel) was einfach nur eine Hütte ist sehr geärgert!
Die Hütten sind von einem anderen Hotel verdeckt und auch sehr schwer auffindbar!
Die Besitzer der Hütten sind nicht freundlich und stehen auch nicht auf eine Konversation.
Bei unserer Ankunft war direkt einmal das Türschloss(Zylinder) defekt und musste nach langem warten in der Unterkunft repariert werden.

Die Betten sind Sehr Hart! Als würde man auf dem Biden schlafen.


Das Badezimmer ist eine reine Katastrophe!
Im Badezimmer laufen Geckos an der wand herum spinnen und sonstige Insekten!

Es gibt keine Abtrennung im Badezimmer.
Man kann sich beim Duschen auf die Toilette setzten und sein Geschäft erledigen.

Es werden weder Habdtücher gewechselt, noch wird der Abfalleimer geleert!

An alle, die auf Sauberkeit viel Wert legen und auch auf anständiges Wohnen im Urlaub, sucht euch bitte ein anderes Hotel.

PS: Die Bilder sind teilweise Fotogeshopt und auch der angegebene Pool und der saunabereich für Massagen gehören zum Nachbarhotel und darf nicht betreten werden.

One of the best hosts we've had, fast and helpful at any (reasonable) time, and the place has a view! Oh my, it has a view!!! You could spend days, just sipping a beer and looking down!

Moldy, Dump site for rubbish and trash. The whole place is run down and unkept, the owner was very rude, there were piles of broken glass and bottles and scrap metal all over the place. Road was very dangerous to drive up and the property is no where near the sea in comparison to everything else on the island, no where near the amenities or night life, we didn’t even stay our planned 4 nights, it was terrible

Das Badezimmer hat nichts mit dem Badezimmer auf den Fotos zu tun. Es gibt kein warmes Wasser. Nicht mal nachdem wir dies gesagt hatten wurde es repariert. Überall laufen Käfer und Ameisen im Bad rum. Geckos und Schlangen auch vorhanden. Das schlechteste Badezimmer das wir in Asien hatten. Haben uns dort total unwohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist mitten auf einem Berg sehr weit von allem entfernt. Koh tao ist wunderschön, diese Unterkunft hat uns es aber leider versaut.

Etablissement très correcte, personnel très sympathique, la douche était moyenne, bon cadre; nous reviendrons

Intérieur bordélique peu avenant
Pas de réception sur place ce qui ne facilite pas les choses quand par exemple la Clim est out ou l’eau coupée … besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement partout !!
Cependant quand la responsable passe ils sont réactifs
La vue sur mer est la … le coin est hyper calme les moustiques sont nombreux !!
Prévoir location de scooter ou avoir de très bonnes jambes

Unterkunft war verwahrlost und vermüllt. Keine Reteption oder Mitarbeiter auffindbar bei unserer Ankunft.

Very friendly staff. Clean and nice bungalows. We were there when a storm was arriving and the staff helped us out to reschedule our boatrip and made calls to make sure we were getting on the boat on time. So really helpful and kind staff.
It's a little bit to walk from the bungalow to the beach/centre so I would recommend to rent a scooter. We enjoyed or stay very much! Thank u!

È stato un ripiego perché la mia precedente prenotazione non compariva al gestore del hotel da me scelto. Il Majestic era di fronte ed aveva una stanza libera quindi Customer Care di Hotels mi ha cambiato prenotazione senza costi aggiuntivi. Purtroppo le condizioni del Majestic non rispecchiavano la descrizione del personale di Hotels (40m2 con area soggiorno separata, al max erano 20m2) e su 3 notti hanno fatto le pulizie solo un giorno lasciando in stanza in disordine e il cestino del bagno pieno di carta igienica sporca (come da loro.indicazioni non si doveva tirare nello sciaquone). Sinceramente sono molto contrariato e non ritrovo il paragone in termini di qualità / prezzo ricevuto a cambio della mia effettiva prenotazione...non reputo comparabile la struttura né il servizio ricevuto in sostituzione per il prezzo pagato, né tantomeno una descrizione volutamente errata delle caratteristiche della stanza e del servizio offerto. Spero di ricevere una assistenza da Hotels a tal riguardo.

Resort in collina con splendida vista sul mare e sulla jungla, a 5 min in scooter dalla spiaggia di Sairee, e da pub, ristoranti, bar....Pin'a è stata gentilissima, affabile, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta insieme al personale tutto della struttura. La sua SPA è secondo me la migliore di tutta Koh Tao...ho fatto tanti trattamenti...tutto perfetto e molto professionale.
