Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima la colazione abbondante e varia

Purtroppo anche se nel sito è segnalato che la struttura non è dotata di ascensore si dovrebbe comunque evidenziare che le ultime camere (come purtroppo la nostra) si raggiungono dopo aver fatto 50 scalini ed essendo l'albergo Roma un palazzo antico gli scalini sono ripidi e molto alti e questo chiaramente per noi è stato un notevole disagio.
Inoltre essendo la stanza ricavata nel sotto tetto il bagno è piccolissimo, spazio doccia fra water e lavandino con tenda quindi bagno allagato ogni volta che la si usava, lavandino mini con rubinetto più grande del lavandino stesso, nessun gancio per appendere asciugamani e/o accappatoi nessuna presa per phon quando nella camera ci sono prese a volontà.
Chiaramente sono disagi che vanno ad abbassare il rapporto qualità - prezzo.
