Pros:

Liegt gut, 5min zu Strand Chalok Baan, 7/11 in bride Richtungen je 3-4min zu Fuss.
Ruhige Zimmer
Der Pool, klein aber fein, super für morgens und abends- schwimmen
Die täglichen Snacks, Kaffee, Tee
Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam.
Hatten für meinem Mann mit Fußverletzung nach Motorradunfall sogar Krücken und haben Quittung für die täglichen Taxifahrten zur Klinik ausgestellt mit Hoteltaxi.
Echt super und total nett!

Behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

De service van de accommodatie en personeel was uitstekend. Er werd een gratis taxiservice geregeld bij aankomst en vertrek. Ook was het personeel erg behulpzaam met het regelen van een scooter. Er stond elke ochtend een mandje met schone handdoeken, koffie, thee, en een snack voor de deur.

Superbe séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Ils nous facilitent la vie autant que possible et arrangent toutes demandes.
La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Serviettes fraîches, cafés et snacks renouvelés tous les jours. La pression de l’eau dans la douche était superbe !

Cons:

Je m’attendais au vu des photos à ce que l’espace piscine soit plus “ouvert”. Cependant il y a des chaises longues et la piscine est agréable malgré tout et elle est sans vis à vis donc au final elle est bien.

Gutes Hotel im Inneren von Koh Tao
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die persönliche Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer sehr gut. Er hat uns auch jederzeit mit Tipps bzgl. Rolleranmietung oder zu Ausflügen geholfen. So konnten wir direkt vom Hotel mit dem Roller starten und die Insel erkunden.

Der Zimmerservice war perfekt und wenn man ein kleines Anliegen hatte, wurde einem schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Excelente relación calidad precio en Chalok Baan Kao
Pros:

Relación calidad-precio fenomenal. Triple x 5 noches: 224€ reservado con un año de antelación.
Ventajas: transporte ida y vuelta al muelle (día de llegada y salida); taxi más barato, 200 bahts por trayecto (para volver al hotel, les mandas WhatsApp y te lo envían). Toallas suficientes, agua potable para rellenar botellas. Café, Té, cacao y snacks todos los días.
Personal amable y servicial, limpio. Piscina pequeña, pero nunca estuvo masificada.
Bien situado para ir andando a Freedom beach y Shark Bay.
Restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, 7/11...
Gestionan excursiones.

Cons:

Hay que cuidar un poquito las instalaciones (muebles rozados por el uso, grifos...).
Tuvimos un percance al reservar con Niang un longtail. Acordamos los puntos de parada, las horas, el precio (500 bahts más caro que la semana anterior, cuando estuvo un amigo). Cuando nos sentamos en la barca, el boatman no sabía adónde ir, nos pedía mapa y no nos llevaba a Koh Nangyuang. Anulamos la excursión y la hicimos al día siguiente, por el mismo precio con otra persona (Taxi around Koh Tao by May), con agua y fruta. Una pena.

Hotel con excelentr atención y perfecto para relajarse
Pros:

Está muy cerca de Chalok Bay, que es un lugar precioso y tranquilo para ver el mar, estar en la playa y disfrutar. Incluso hay una parte con hamacas y unas camas de cuerdas.
Cerca está el restaurante "The sandwich lady" que vende comida increíble a buen precio.
En el hotel te ofrecen llamar un taxi cada vez que necesites. Puede ser moto taxi (100 bht por persona) o un auto taxi (200 bht), es muy fácil de hacer, les hablas por whatsapp y un taxi viene por ti donde estes.
Tambien puedes lavar ropa por 50 bht y arrendar snorkel por 200, lo cual recomiendo mucho y hacerlo en skark bay y/o tanote bay

La chica que nos recibió era muy dulce, atenta y hablaba increíble inglés, estamos muy agradecidos con ella💙

También está al lado de la empresa de buceo Ocean Sound, con la que hicimos buceo y todo resultó increíble (aprox 75 usd por persona a traves de getyourguide)

La guinda de la torta es que nos dieron un snack diario diferente, además de café y té, todo muy rico!

Cons:

Lo único malo fue que cuando llegamos al pier no estaba el taxista para recogernos, por lo que intenté comunicarme con ellos y no pude a traves de booking. Sin embargo, cuando les hable por whatsapp me respondieron de inmediato y en menos de 10 minutos ya estaba el taxista ahi, por lo que finalmente todo resultó bien y la chica fue muy atenta con nosotros.

günstige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gibt hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden, Pool 24 h offen, Rollerverleih zu sehr fairen Konditionen, Boden und Bett waren sauber

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel waren recht alt, unter dem Waschbecken fehlte die Verkleidung, in der etwas undichten Dusche gab es Rost, etwas Schimmel und Kalkflecken. Bettlaken hatte Löcher.

Everything. Especially their hospitality. This is the best hotel I’ve been so far regarding staff and hospitality. They were super supportive. Even trying to help me with my transportation in Samui as that hotel wasn’t helpful. They gave us an amazing time by their kindness, support and caring. They did things that was not in their job description just to make us feel happy and enjoy our trip. This is one of the places and I would get back to over and over and over and I will suggest it to everyone who wants to really get the best in koh Tao. The building is not brand new, the facility is not luxury but the vibe, comfort, and the support you’ll get there is definitely the best

Such a great little hotel. Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble and so knowledgeable about the area.
The rooms were a great size and immaculately clean. We stayed in a Quad family room for 3 nights and it was ideal for our needs and we were travelling with 2x teens. Fresh linen and tea/coffee stocks replenished daily and even some snacks were provided. Excellent location, easy access to everywhere on the island, lovely restaurants and beach access within a few mins walk and and the pool was a huge bonus given the cost of the room. We were even offered free transfers to and from the ferry port. The best stay across our month long trip.

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my four trips to Koh Tao — even better than some luxury hotels I’ve stayed in, which were much more isolated and far from the real life and atmosphere of the island.
The hotel is in a perfect location: far enough from the chaos and noise of Sairee Beach, but still close enough to everything, so you never feel too far away from the action.
The pool was great, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel has everything you could possibly need on site: laundry service, snorkeling equipment rental, scooter rental, and more. It makes everything so easy and convenient.
But what really made the stay special was the people. A huge thank you to the manager for his incredible kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care, and thank you as well to everyone working at the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel truly at home.
After four trips to Koh Tao, I can honestly say this is probably my favorite hotel on the island. It has the comfort and quality you would expect from a much more expensive place, while still being perfectly located to enjoy the island and its atmosphere.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Tao!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
Pros:

Das Personal war superfreundlich, sie sprechen sehr gut englisch und sind sehr am Wohl der Gäste interessiert. Wir bekamen viele tolle Tipps als Familie für Schnorcheltouren und uns wurde sehr geholfen beim Buchen eines Tagesausfluges. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird allerdings sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung geachtet.
