Mar24 is awesome
Pros:

Staff were polite in receiving and arranging facilities. Very impressed. They really treat guests very well. Very understanding ahead of the visitors and what they would need and made every attempt to make them feel comfortable.

Cons:

Would have been better if breakfast facility is offered. But again none on the island offers it.

Pros:

Der Service war sehr gut und alles sauber. Besonders der Empfang ist hervor zu heben und der pick up Service vom Hafen! Die Zimmer waren schön ruhig und gemütlich ☺️ auch der Wasserspender ein Segen !

Great Hotel and Excellent Stay in a great area of Tao
Pros:

Had a great stay at MAR24 on Koh Tao. Free shuttle to and from the Pier was great. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality stood out. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

They had small touches like daily snacks, and even surprised me with fresh fruit one day, which was a really nice gesture. Laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient, and their scooter rentals were easy, fair, and hassle free.

Overall, everything just worked smoothly. Great service, good value, and a really positive experience all around. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent service, and very helpful staff
Pros:

Nice location and excellent service.💯
The staff are very friendly and helpful. ☺️☺️Since I can’t ride a bike, I asked if they could call a motorbike taxi to take me to Freedom Beach. Surprisingly, they offered to take me themselves at a very fair price.

Paradisiaque, agréable et endommagé
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre. Les excursions sont très bien organisées, ainsi que la prise de taxi. Le fait qu’on vienne nous chercher au port et nous ramenez et un vrai plus.

Cons:

Petits points négatifs : un peu bruyant le soir mais le personnel n’y peut rien et un petit déjeuner dans l’établissement aurait été appréciable mais ne gâche pas le voyage.
