La cercania del personal y lo mucho que nos ayudaron

Zaczynamy od powitalnego schłodzonego napoju, następnie zameldowanie i dokładne instrukcje i porady gdzie się udać, co zobaczyć. Nie musisz się martwić o nic, obsługa wszystko załatwi, łącznie z wycieczkami czy praniem, a to wszystko w normalnych lokalnych cenach. Pokoje czyste, nie ma robactwa ale przy zameldowaniu są dokładne instrukcje czego unikać aby go nie sprowadzić. Kawa, herbata, czajnik i codziennie inne przekąski. Transport darmowy z i do nabrzeża, będąc w obiekcie śmiało pieszo można udać się na pobliską plażę bądź około 20 minut na punkt widokowy i plaże Freedom 1 i 2. Cudowne tajskie knajpy czy sklepy, masaż, fryzjer maksymalnie 5 minut od obiektu.

Uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war ideal, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden, und auch der Poolbereich hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Besonders positiv ist uns der herzliche Empfang aufgefallen inklusive eines kleinen Willkommensgetränks und einer ausführlichen Einführung zur Insel mit hilfreichen Tipps.
Außerdem konnten wir direkt über die Unterkunft unkompliziert einen Roller mieten und an der Rezeption Schnorchelsets gegen eine kleine Gebühr ausleihen.

We had a really nice stay here! The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff is extremely friendly. For us it was the perfect place for our stay in Koh Tao:
- Easy rental of Scooter via Hotel (we had ours within 5 min)
- We could rent snorkel gear
- Perfect location: away from the busy areas around the pier but still close enough, maximum 15 min drive to every point on the island
- An excellent, local diving school (Do Waan Diving) is just next door, which was super convenient

Le personnel est très serviable et au petit soin ! Ils vous expliquent l’île et ce que vous pouvez y faire ! Nous avons également énormément apprécié le fait qu’il y avait le transfert au port compris ! En partant une fois arrivés au port nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous avions oubliés des choses à l’hôtel et quelqu’un du personnel a fait au plus vite pour nous les ramener ! Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Le ménage est fait avec soin, les dames y passent du temps et je tiens à souligner la propreté de la chambre où il n’y avait rien à redire ! Il y avait la clim et un ventilateur ce qui est parfait vu la chaleur. La piscine était calme ! Nous avons loué un scooter via l’hôtel et c’était très bien ! Il y a pleins de commerces et restaurants devant et côté de l’hôtel donc c’est parfait ! A un moment nous avons eu des odeurs de remontées d’égout dans la soirée hors des horaires de réception, le personnel est arrivé aussi vite que possible et a très bien réglé le problème !

Ich muss ehrlich sagen: Das hotel ist das aller beste Hotel, dass ich bisher besucht habe in Thailand. Das Zimmer ist richtig süß eingerichtet und ist mega sauber. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und weiß was es tut. Die haben alles gut organisiert sodass man sich um nichts darum kümmern muss. Was mir am besten gefallen hat ist dass wen man den Zimmerservice nicht nutzen möchte dass sie trotzdem ein Korb vor dem zimmer hinterlegen mit Handtücher Smacks und Toilettenpapier. Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und organisieren alles auch per WhatsApp. Ich war sogar in einem anderem hotel weil ich länger bleiben wollte da das hotel komplett ausgebucht war. Und selbst da helfen sie weiter falls man zb ein Taxi braucht. Als wirklich Top Arbeit!

Alojamiento muy limpio, con una pequeña piscina. El personal muy amable y te ayuda con todo lo que necesites.

Necesitas moto, ya que está un poco en tierra de nadie, pero ya lo reservé sabiéndolo.

El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Todo estaba muy limpio y tienrn servicio de lavanderia y alquiler de motos con otro negocio local que tambien nos trato muy bien.
