Good stay and good location
Pros:

People were friendly and helpful. Explained things patiently on check in. Good restaurants close by. Dough and crossiants & ko good options to eat. Matchima for Thai food is excellent. Few massage places are close by. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning done everyday but remember to put the cleaning sign before 12 pm. AC effective. Good water pressure. Swimming pool is clean. Motorbikes can be rented directly via resort (they have a tie up with someone). Good bikes at standard rates. Pick up and drop to pier for via car was good. Car taxi at standard THB 200 is available if needed, just give them 30 mins notice. Lotus beach bar at sairee is good for fire show at 7 pm onwards. Weather was cloudy so did not experience any sunset at sairee beach. Visit freedom beach and view point, do the snorkelling trip and for diving check out ocean sounds (they also do yoga classes)

Cons:

No view or balcony. Pillows could be more comfortable.

Top Unterkunft auf Koh Tao
Pros:

- Kostenloser Shuttle am Ankunfts/Abreise Tag
- Willkommensgetränk
- Super gelegen. Mehrere tolle Restaurants in der Straße
- Rollervermietung und Wäsche Service übers Hotel ging schnell und einfach
- direkt gegenüber gibt es ein Massage Studio und habe spontan immer einen Platz bekommen
- Sehr freundliches Personal! Nehmen sich viel Zeit um alles zu erklären

Mar24 is awesome
Pros:

Staff were polite in receiving and arranging facilities. Very impressed. They really treat guests very well. Very understanding ahead of the visitors and what they would need and made every attempt to make them feel comfortable.

Cons:

Would have been better if breakfast facility is offered. But again none on the island offers it.

Der Service war sehr gut und alles sauber. Besonders der Empfang ist hervor zu heben und der pick up Service vom Hafen! Die Zimmer waren schön ruhig und gemütlich ☺️ auch der Wasserspender ein Segen !

Great Hotel and Excellent Stay in a great area of Tao
Pros:

Had a great stay at MAR24 on Koh Tao. Free shuttle to and from the Pier was great. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality stood out. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

They had small touches like daily snacks, and even surprised me with fresh fruit one day, which was a really nice gesture. Laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient, and their scooter rentals were easy, fair, and hassle free.

Overall, everything just worked smoothly. Great service, good value, and a really positive experience all around. I’d definitely stay here again.
