NEVER COMING BACK

Booked DK hotel because I saw the rating was 9.0/10 (scored on cleanliness) compared to other hotels.

This couldn’t be further from the truth…

Firstly, the room did not look like the picture AT ALL. If expectations is 50 (not even 100 btw), reality is a big fat 0. The room was ghastly and looked like it hadn’t been slept in for awhile.

The air in the room was stale and stuffy. When we wanted to open the windows to air the room, we noticed that it was mouldy.

My partner and I felt so suffocated that we couldn’t sleep properly and had to check into another hotel.

The toilet was so dirty that we couldn’t even bring ourselves to shower in there.

This was such a horrible experience. I felt sO scammed by the fake 9/10 rating… on cleanliness nonetheless. What a joke. We will never ever be coming back.
