Will not rent at Florence II again.

Needs Upgrade in everything. Damp bath towels in cabinets, Internet not working, rusted toaster and not working, rusted trash can, dangerous step to balcony, cannot see ocean from pool area,
Condo was not worth the price.

Cons:

Need LTC in the entire rooms specifically the bathrooms and kitchen, could have a little more things, like paper towels, shower towels for 8 people, was a total of 4 towels only. The elevator wasn’t working for a full day.

Pros:

First place we went to unfortunately was not clean and had some issues- however, Chriss the property manager was amazing in moving us into a different place to accommodate our needs.

Cons:

Showing up and having to relocate- again it was taken care of immediately by the property manager however it was an inconvenience and I was looking forward to having the beach as my backyard for a couple days so we lost that aspect but overall it was great.

Cons:

The key code was inoperable and having to use the key for every entry and exit was a pain in the neck. The toliet paper holder was broken in the master bath and there was not one in the second bath. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the facility was nice and well kept.

Pros:

Location perfect for us. Pool was warm and I used it daily sooo great.
This property was clean inside and out! This makes it fun for us.

Cons:

We had no water the first day and the man hired to fix it was unable to do so. Then the maintenence man of property fixed it immediately the next morning for us!

Beach front location

Cons:

Pictures on the booking site are for all units. We assumed the first set of pictures would be our unit. We were wrong. The unit was as described in text for beds, baths, etc,, but not what we believed it would look like based on the order of pictures on the site. The unit needed some maintenance and a deep cleaning. The deck slider had a broken handle and did not lock. It was very difficult to open and close. We would not go back to Florence II 302 without seeing updated pictures.

Beautiful view and beach access.
Pros:

Can’t beat Location and view of condo. Security with gate codes great

Cons:

Condo itself was furnished nicely kitchen well stocked but over all condo needs some TLC
Sliding door was ridiculously hard to open. No outside handle. Toilet paper holder broken
Would be nice to have extension cord with plug-ins to charge phones and other devices in rooms

Great views and comfortable home. Great location to town
Pros:

Location- walking distance to the beach. Loved sitting on the patio listening to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great! We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the colored lights around the house.

Cons:

Very nice place but they need to update. Broken doors, Several lights did not work, toilet paper holder broken in both bathrooms, Sliding door took a grown man to open. Other than that, very nice place

it was fun
Pros:

the amount of space in condo. the proximity to beach. the property manger responded quickly when ac went out.

Cons:

the beach front was under construction when we arrived. the microwave did not heat food. wifi was slow. and the AC gave out the day before we left.
