Not a good hotel
Pros:

The staff

Cons:

1. The website advertise that there’s a restaurant there is no restaurant. and it is deceptive and not good for business travelers he depend on these services when they’re advertised.
2. Extremely noisy location next to a fire house so constantly all night early morning sirens constantly going back-and-forth.

3. The worst pillows I’ve ever experienced pillows are very important. The pillows at the hotel flattened out within a few minutes into a pancake, extremely uncomfortable and ineffective.

Friendly staff, great location, bed and pillows are excellent. I could have stayed in bed all day. Great shower and I love the products. It's the only place I stay when I'm in Los Angeles

Good location for me. Very clean room.

Cons:

The management did not even take the chairs off of the tablet for what little there was for what was called a continental breakfast. I asked why they didn’t take the chairs down and the person replied that it was fine for visitors to take the chairs down! Very Strange.

Not perfect; but, a decent hotel.
Pros:

Although there was no breakfast and no restaurant, the room is excellent The bathroom perfect. The bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Wish the sound cancelling was better. We were waken up by sounds of ambulances and police sirens. Parking is an issue.
