bad sleep quality
Pros:

Fantastic Location: The hotel is situated in a very nice area of North Hollywood, with plenty of convenient stores and shops nearby.
​Great Amenities & Staff: The property offers easy parking, and the staff members were overall very friendly.
​Comfortable Spaces: The room itself was notably big and very clean.

Cons:

Horrible Sleep Quality: The mattress was completely worn out, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep.
​Disappointing Service: I informed the staff about the mattress on the first day, but nothing was done. The next day, they simply flipped the mattress to the other side—which obviously didn't help. Management never followed up to check if the problem was solved, and they never offered to change our room to resolve the issue.
​Closed Amenities: The bar was closed and not operating during the middle of our stay.

Comfy beds, very nice facility and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accomodating, location was good. Very close to universal studios. The beds are very comfortable and room is clean! Highlyl recommended!

Parking is a bit limited, but there is street parking.

Felt discriminated and disrespected
Pros:

I called prior to driving and confirmed with the gentleman that rooms were available. The night shift individual of Indian descent did not wish to honor my reservation through booking.com. I questioned why he would confirm his availability and rudely kept insisting that he had changed his mind and no room were available.

Cons:

The property has limited parking spots that are not included with the room. Ten dollar parking fee is expected
