Excelente ubicación, super cerca del tren para llegar a los estudios universal! Y todo super limpio!!

Cons:

Si creo que falló un poco por que dice que tiene desayuno y la verdad es puro café con bolsistas de pan! Mejor no decir que hay desayuno!! Por eso lo renta!!

Good stay, comfortable but the location is awful and way overpriced
Pros:

It was comfortable and across from a tennis court park where I could take my dog

Cons:

The fact that it was way over priced, construction was going on, no bottom floor, no complimentary breakfast. And if your charging that much at least have breakfast. Their “breakfast” was muffins and coffee, and a $250 deposit. I absolutely do not think it was worth what it charges

Beautiful room, great staff and top notch service
Pros:

The hotel was super clean, modern, and had a really chill vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I also loved how convenient the location was — close to food spots, nightlife, and everything around North Hollywood without feeling too crowded. The rooms were stylish, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely one of those stays that feels simple but elevated at the same time. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice hotel,
Pros:

Location for universal studios

Cons:

We had to ask the staff to service our room
On more than one occasion. The staff were not that really interested in going the extra mile. Not rude, but not friendly either.
Breakfast was basic and no options for gluten free

Pros:

Gilbert nos atendió y fue una gran experiencia, fue muy amable, habla inglés y español por lo qie no huno ningún problema con la comunicación, además nos dió todas las indicaciones necesarias y recomendaciones en nuestra estancia. La habitación cumple muy bien, cómoda y limpia.

No incluyen desayuno, pero si tienen un comedor con snacks, fruta y bebidas

Always a great stay. We look forward to the next stay.
Pros:

It‘s the 5th time we stayed at this Hotel and it‘s always a great experience. Very nice snd spacious room. The bed is very comfortable, great shower and the rooms are very clean and nice overall. We traveled a lot in Europe, Asia and North America and this Hotel is one of the best we stayed at and we often stay in 4 or 5 star hotels.

Modernes Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse in netter Umgebung und großartigem Personal
Pros:

Es gab in der Lobby jederzeit kleine Snacks, Obst, Erfrischungsgetränke und Kaffee/Tee; morgens kann man sich mit Muffins und Obst versorgen. Zimmer geräumig, sauber, ruhig und modern. Schöne Dachterrasse für einen Drink am Abend. Mit ebenerdiger Garage und direktem Zugang ins Hotel sehr praktisch.
