Not good.
Pros:

2nd time weve booked with this company and the 2nd time they managed to "overbook" where we were supposed to stay. We went to the original property where the postcode takes you to find out it looks like maybe staff accommodation.
Eventually found the reception office on another street which we weren't told we needed to go to.
Spoke to a lady in there and she told us that original property was over booked. Which just so happens what happened a couple years ago with same company.
Had to pay a damage deposit which we were not told about at booking.
Eventually got to our accommodation but had to wait for a code to be sent via email to access it. So we sat outside the place for 45 minutes as they said it was getting cleaned.
Although nobody actually come out the property when we eventually got in the foyer area smelled of wet dog. Luckily inside our room it didnt.
In the kitchen sink it looked like someone had tipped dirty water in it out of maybe a carpet cleaner as there was what looked like dog hair all over the bottom of the washing up dish. No good when we needed to wash baby bottles for our 10mth old grandson.
Holes in walls. I took photos of everything incase we got accused of causing the damage.
Other than that the flat was clean enough. I wouldn't have liked to stay for more than 1 night.
The price i thought was ok for the night which for 4 adults 1 baby i thought wasnt too bad until we seen the place. Wish we had booked else.

Pros:

The apartment was brilliant and just what my son and I needed for a stay in Blackpool. After a long day at the fair it was great to come back and use the kitchen to have a chilled out evening. The beds were comfy, great shower and everything was spotless. The gentleman on reception was also really friendly and helpful.

My only negative was where you parked, at the back of the property, felt a little unsafe. I went out to get something out of the car in the evening and was followed back to the street.

Misleading photos poor cleanliness

I arrived at for 2 pm, parked my car and their off-road parking is £10 not £5 which is listed on Hotels.com. The photos are nothing like the place when I questioned this with the manager I was informed they own all the properties and these pictures are not this particular place. I was informed they had a café which was open between 9 am and 5 pm daily. I decided to have some scrambled egg on toast and a nice cup of tea I was served by a lovely lady called Sarah who was very friendly and outgoing. I paid extra for the supreme room but it wasn’t very supreme at all. The room however looked nice from first inspection it was filthy. Top of the cupboards hadn’t been cleaned microwave and been cleaned correctly on top of the TV and the TV self wasn’t clean. The place was full of dust. The settee was covered in stains I dread to think what they were and we’re supposed to relax from there.
We went down to the café at 3:30 to find out it was still open but wasn’t serving food why not tell your customers that . We stopped tonight which I have to say we slept very well. The following morning I checked out at 10:30 am and had my breakfast again and was served by the lovely Sarah again the breakfast is an extra cost but you do receive 50% off which is a bonus. I personally won’t be a repeat customer only because the place wasn’t very clean and very small and tight and I also felt misled with the pictures even your manager said the pictures are of your house and not of the hotel

Great value for money

When I booked my room I thought I was getting the one in the photos in the advert, the room I got was ok but not as good or as spacious as the one advertised. The staff were very friendly,, professional and Polite. The food was excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The appartment was clean and tidy. My one negative was the light from the smoke alarm above my bed and the sky light window blind wasn't close enough, light was also peeping through, atnight when i was in bed.

Awesome place
Pros:

Received a very warm welcome from Mark and Milly. Booked 2 rooms and both were of a high standard. Kitchenette had everything you needed. Rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay here again

Large spacious and an excellent location for all attractions. Ignore the area which is run down you are literally 5 mins from the town the main attractions and the bus /tram to the pleasure beach. Property owner runs coffee house on site too! Only problem we had was the WiFi was a bit hit n miss!!... Everything we needed was there and there's a shop (with a cash machine) across the road anyway

Fantastic location, close to Tower, Central and North Piers and the shopping area. Coffee lounge next door does great food and service for breakfast or lunch.
Highly recommend.

Apartment was a good size, well located and the staff were friendly, but there was a slight issue with a leak from the apartment above. Carpet was wet from the leak, although the staff did attend to it immediately and offered us an alternative room.

A gem of an apartment in the heart of Blackpool
Pros:

A great apartment which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and assisted us with finding a space to park our car. It’s in a great location for the Tower and Golden Mile. Would highly recommend.
