The staff were great however the lack of communication to guests needs to be improved.
Pros:

The options available were great and variety which was nice.

Cons:

The Loud banging from work being done on the 4th floor, which was not informed by staff via checkin. The fact that the water went off mid shower at 10pm on Tuesday February 18, with no formal notice or even posting around the hotel.

Just satisfactory
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

There is no 24 hour hot water, especailly in the evening
The room temperature was not comfortable
Despite booking for 2, the toileteries and the towels were not there for 2 people
However, the staff were courteous and responded immediately to our demands

Pros:

Have to applaud reception staff Minakshi Pandita's very warm and helpful guidance. She knows her job well and was very helpful in making our evening siteseeing just perfect. Staffs response and attitude reflects the hospitality scale of the hotel. All the staff in all areas we met were very well trained and helpful. Food excellent, rooms perfect, location great. A sure stay again.
