This was the first truly luxury hotel I haved stayed in Yangon. The only negative experience was with the shower. The shower door leaked and allowed water to get all over the floor.. That was room 2015.
Great Hotel that is a welcome location in a fascinating city. The Food and Beverage Asst Manager Richard needs a real pointing out for his amazing service and support while we were there. This is the kind of people that this hotel has and every hotel should!

Pan Pacific hotel room was really comfortable with nice views and excellent service by the housekeeping staff especially Lien Lien. However, being a vegetarian had very limited options to eat even though the property had a full time Indian chef. Front office, concierge and doorman were all very cooperative and helpful. Had a fruitful trip.
