La atención de los meseros en el restaurante
No hubo agua caliente todos los dias de estancia
Los elevadores un pesimo servicio
El personal de recepcion no tuvieron respuesta a solucionar el problema de agua caliente y el servicio de los elevadores, dijoeron que me compasarian y no lo hicieron

Es importante tener disponibles habitaciones para clientes que llegan a cualquier hora y solo quieren descansar, afortunadamente me apoyaron muchísimo y me entregaron habitación temprano
I didn't like the fact that the shower chair broke and I fell to the floor and I hurt my hip

4- breakfast was not the best eggs were not fresh and must of the other food was not fresh looking
5- shuttle service wasn't good and stuff was not helpful at all when I called the phone will go to voice mail. I had to hire a taxi for $350.00 to get to the hotel
