Build and facility was good but staff was rude.
Pros:

Nice build and loved that you used an old building and redeveloped it.

Cons:

The lady that check me in when we got there was completely rude and snotty. Then later when we called down for another sheet she said ok and hung up on my wife. Absolutely disrespectful

Not happy with property or management, lack of. 1 agent for check in with 5 people in line. She was not able to fix computerized
Pros:

1 agent at check in with 5 people in line. AC control in room computerized and desk agent was too busy to fix it so we were moved to another room. The new room did not have hot water at the sink, 1 set of towels and the window shutters needed two hands and a lot of pull to operate. My wife was unable to open or close the shutters. We had just driven 700 miles and just gave up and went to bed. I informed the 1 front desk agent who wrote down the towel and hot water issue. We returned in the evening to find the hot water issue was addressed but NOT the towel issue. I called the front desk and she stated she was the only person and would bring them up when she could. I went down and picked them up at the desk myself. The next morning at check out, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she would be in at 9:30. At 9:30 I saw the manager roll in and went to the front desk and asked to speak with her. I was told she was in a meeting and not available. I was told she would call. I left the property and received NO call from the manager. This property lacks staff and has a management team that does not care about customer service.

Friendly staff and big rooms
Pros:

Staff were very accommodation on a full booked weekend. Front desk were patient and kind. Unfortunately they do run out of espresso in the coffee shop and regular coffee for the rooms.

Super cool facility, old industrial building retrofitted into hotel, retail space. Rooms are huge and very uniquely decorated to fit the look of the building.
Rooms and the interior of the hotel was very clean, quite and easy to access.
The check in / check out staff was friendly and very effective.
Would make it a point to revisit if we are ever in the area again.
