I would 100 percent stay again. The hotel was quite nice and spacious. We absolutely LOVED the patio with the gas firepl

The property is very nice. We were extremely impressed how extravagant it was.

Cons:

The pillows were too firm and the breakfast was pay & order from the restaurant. We thought it was included from the description from the front desk.

Paper thin walls. So noisy.
Pros:

Find another place to stay. The walls are paper thin and we had to use a white noise app to lessen the noise. The other guests were not loud, but we could hear every phone call and show they were watching. Even listened to the many, frequent channel changes. We typically stay at Marriott properties without problems, but may have to reconsider in the future. Would love to see a credit for this stay.

The building and rooms looked nice.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very clean, nice decor and location. The gentleman serving breakfast was fantastic! Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Check in staff forgot to apply our purchased Breakfast to our account so we had to go back and have that done in the morning.

Mid experience for upper cost
Pros:

1st week of a 2+ week stay no ice on our floor. After 7 days asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn't change the linens. 2nd week the thermostat was "under centralized control" making it less restful sleeping. Overall, disappointing for an upper end hotel.

Build and facility was good but staff was rude.
Pros:

Nice build and loved that you used an old building and redeveloped it.

Cons:

The lady that check me in when we got there was completely rude and snotty. Then later when we called down for another sheet she said ok and hung up on my wife. Absolutely disrespectful

Not happy with property or management, lack of. 1 agent for check in with 5 people in line. She was not able to fix computerized
Pros:

1 agent at check in with 5 people in line. AC control in room computerized and desk agent was too busy to fix it so we were moved to another room. The new room did not have hot water at the sink, 1 set of towels and the window shutters needed two hands and a lot of pull to operate. My wife was unable to open or close the shutters. We had just driven 700 miles and just gave up and went to bed. I informed the 1 front desk agent who wrote down the towel and hot water issue. We returned in the evening to find the hot water issue was addressed but NOT the towel issue. I called the front desk and she stated she was the only person and would bring them up when she could. I went down and picked them up at the desk myself. The next morning at check out, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she would be in at 9:30. At 9:30 I saw the manager roll in and went to the front desk and asked to speak with her. I was told she was in a meeting and not available. I was told she would call. I left the property and received NO call from the manager. This property lacks staff and has a management team that does not care about customer service.

Friendly staff and big rooms
Pros:

Staff were very accommodation on a full booked weekend. Front desk were patient and kind. Unfortunately they do run out of espresso in the coffee shop and regular coffee for the rooms.
