الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز، كموقع وسعر وخدمة ولا اروع، جداً استمتعت بالاقامة للمرة الثالثة او الرابعة في الوادي، واشكر الموظفين جميعاً على تعاونهم وتلبيه طلباتي بكل سرور خصوصاً الموظفة Jezel كانت فرندلي و كذلك بالكونسيرج Lennox ساعدنا وايد، يعطيكم العافيه وبالتاكيد ماراح تكون اخر زيارة لهذا الفندق 👏🏻👍🏻

بالمنتصف بين مشيرب وسوق واقف ومكانه حيوي وجميل إقامة مميزة وممتازة خدمة صف السيارة مجانية للمقيمين بالفندق بالإضافة الى نظافة الغرف وسرعة الخدمة

Cons:

للاسف لم يتعاون معانا الفندق في ان تكون الغرف متصلة مع العلم بآن تم إعلام الفندق بطلب من بداية الحجز.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. I originally booked two rooms for one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Jezel at reception was incredibly helpful in arranging the extension smoothly and professionally.

I chose this hotel because two of my brothers had stayed here before and loved it — and now I completely understand why. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout.

I would also like to thank Imen, who assisted me during checkout. She was very kind and helpful, making the departure process easy and pleasant.

Both Jezel and Imen truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!
