Pros:

I was staying at room 610. The whole experience was impeccable. Every member for the team was always happy to help. Room cleaning by Sudharsan was always fantastic and through. He made sure every area was cleaned to the upmost. This hotel has many great qualities and would recommend to anyone.

The valet parking service is very slow, and if you want to park your car yourself, you must obtain permission from the hotel. We arrived at 4:00 and they made us wait 20 minutes to check in.
