Clean room good staff and clean area
Very clean place to stay and close to kaisai station.
This hotel was close to the train station. The rooms were pretty clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was very nice. The entryway sometimes smelled like smoke. Great value.

I knew next to nothing about where to stay when coming to Japan from the states. I wanted an off property hotel that was accessible to Disney and the reviews for this hotel I saw said it was clean and there was a bus to Disney plus it was affordable so I booked it. Now after staying there, I would book it again and recommend it to anyone. I don’t know what other rooms looked like but our was very small. Basically enough room for the bed with a private bathroom but we are the people who only use the room for sleep and would rather save money. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a bidet. The front desk has mostly staff that spoke at least a little English which we appreciate but didn’t expect. They have outlet adaptors to borrow if needed. Then free cups of water with free Japanese soda cups. Also for 1 hour a day free alcohol provided by the hotel. The bus station was a 2 minute walk with a 7/11 5 minutes away. This is a great location!
The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The hotel is well situated to Kasai station. The area of Tokyo in which the hotel is situated is peaceful and well resourced. My stay included breakfast and a happy hour of complimentary drinks each day- these were very generous for the price. Perhaps for someone from Japan the expectations are high for hotels- as someone from the UK, this hotel far surpassed anything in the UK which I have experienced at a similar price point.

Hotel İl Fiore Kasai is a nice hotel to stay in Tokyo. At first I expected that the room that we booked is small & tight for us but I was surprised that it’s big enough to accommodate all our belongings. The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating & friendly. The place is very accessible to transportation either via bus or train. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This is a great stay and a great value! We loved the hour of free drinks and the breakfast buffet was great.
Great location, near restaurants and shops. Corridor occasionally smelt of smokes but the room is fine. Great staff.
I would stay here again
The room was super comfortable. The area felt very safe at night annd I was traveling as a sole female traveler. The hotel is within 1 minute walking distance of the Kasai metro station and the bus stop for Tokyo Disneyland!! Will definitely stay here again on my next Tokyo trip!
It’s was nice but the beds were little hard, but if I had the chance to visit tokyo again I will stay here again thanks 😊

This hotel is super convenient, with the station just a short walk away and plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. It’s really easy to get around! If you book in advance, you can even get breakfast included, which is a nice bonus. Plus, it’s a breeze to get to Disneyland—just one bus ride away!
