Spacious, comfortable, clean hotel in a good location with great facilities
Pros:

Excellent customer service - especially from Marc at the front desk who helped us by answering lots of questions and organising our luggage transfer from Tokyo to Tanabe (with very little notice).

Also it was very spacious accommodation (especially for Japan!). We were 3 friends and our family room was great!

Staff are amazing, rooms fall short
Pros:

Staff were really lovely and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with issues or enquiries.

Cons:

Rooms were extremely small. Very overpriced for what you get. This room had no real windows, the windows were frosted glass so there was no view outside the room. It felt a little like a prison cell

Perfect stay
Pros:

Close to Ueno Park and station. Great for the sakura season. Family friendly property. Rooms have bunk beds. My kid loved it. Perfect small kitchen and required utensils

Family vacation with 2 kids.
Pros:

We like all about the accommodation. It provides us a homey feelings while we traveled around Tokyo. Train station is within walking distance and very close proximity to Ueno park..

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is the 2 single bed made to be a king size bed.. other than that all is perfect.

Poor location, AC doesn’t go below 22C, poor WiFi

Cons:

Location is poor. Long commute to everything. WiFi was intermittent or didn’t work. The AC wouldn’t go below 22 Celsius which is way too warm. Stains on the carpet.
