ただ、風俗街だったのは、びっくりしました。

Pros:

出張で4泊利用しました。
JR川崎駅に近く、朝食付なのに比較的安くて良い。
見た目は古いが、リフォームされていてきれい。
カビくささなどは一切ない。
周りの騒音も特に気にならなかった。

お風呂がいまどき温水・冷水の2系統なのはつらい。
朝食はB1階の中華料理店でブュッフェスタイルだが、毎日ほぼ同じメニューで連泊だと飽きる。

寝るだけなら十分と思う。

Pros:

We stayed at the Pearl hotel during our first prolonged stay in a hotel in Japan. The staff were kind and helpful, and we realised during our stay that the corner room we were given was probably a little bit bigger than the standard rooms. As vegetarians in Japan it's not always easy to find great options, but fortunately the breakfast mix was varied enough to be quite workable.
