Pros:

The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. They provide 6 bright colors of sugar gel you can put on your toast. There were also some stale cookies. The place was fine - all things considered. Just nothing special.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. Got there and our reservation was messed up. Tried to send us away until I complained. Got to our room an no towels. Bed was comfortable that’s the only good thing. Breakfast was a joke! Coffee n crackers was about it. That’s not breakfast!! Disappointed after all those food reviews! Hate to see what some of those people say about bad hotels!!

Quiet and Cozy Southern Hotel
Pros:

Great location near the railway station and city center. Clean and large room with quiet environment. Staff is very kind and friendly.There are lots of choice for dinner around hotel.

Excellent value for the price
Pros:

Off main road and it's relatively quiet except for the occasional traffic. No elevator but only two floors of rooms above the reception area. Good security with access card to the stairs and and extra bolt on the room door which can be bolted from either the inside or the outside with a key. Spacious to lay out 3 to 4 luggages. Extremely strong water pressure and good drainage which are both uncommon in many inns and guesthouses in Thailand. Powerful A/C. There are many restaurants, food stalls, and cafes around within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Some staff can speak a little English. Robinson Ocean shopping center is about 1km away.
