Pros:

Die Anlage besitzt einen wunderschön gepflegten Garten und Pool.Es ist alles sehr streng organisiert. Die Lage ist super, Einmal über die Straße und die Düne schon steht man am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Außerdem ist es ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Es hat sogar unsere verspäteten Koffer vom Kurier entgegengenommen. Kontakt außer check in nur über WA.

Cons:

Leider war das Appartement eine Enttäuschung. Im Schlafzimmer feucht. Ausblühene Wände bis 75 cm hoch. Gardinen verschmutzt und aus der Schiene hängend.In der Dusche ranzige braungelbe Ecken, vom Abfluss ganz zu schweigen. Die Matratzen bretthart, erholsamer Schlaf Fehlanzeige. Die Küche ungenügend ausgestattet. Kein Küchenmesser für die Zubereitung, kein Ofen oder Toaster da (da kein Bäcker in der Nähe, wäre dies nötig.).An der Spüle waren bei der Mischbatterie beide Zuläufe am kalten Wasser angeschlossen. Also Spülwasser mit Topf aus dem Bad holen. Leider kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Einige der Nachbarwohnungen waren augenscheinlich mit länger untergekommenen Familien belegt, sodass es nicht wirklich ruhig war. Auch wenn die Lage stimmt und der Garten wundervoll ist, kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage am Strand. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Sehr netter Vermieter Raffaele. Antwortet sehr zügig viele wertvolle Tippps. Nettes Barbecue, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Toller Pool mit ausreichender Grösse. Kommen gerne wieder

Soddisfattissimi, bella struttura vicinissima al mare e staff super cordiale
Pros:

La posizione, lo staff, la casa ben tenuta, la piscina, l'esterno della casa, i giardini sempre ben curati. Staff disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze. Torneremo. Bellissimi appartamentini a un passo dal mare, si attraversa e sei in spiaggia. Bell'atmosfera. Davvero un bel posticino

Cons:

La mancanza di alcuni elementi quali anche solo un rotolo di carta casa, campioncini sale e olio, dato che c'è la cucina, alcuni elementi importanti per la cucina da trovare almeno in fase iniziale, poi se si sta tanto si possono comprare. Mancanza di bagni in zona piscina.
