Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
Pros:

Questa struttura ci ha sorpreso molto, è veramente molto bella esteticamente in vero stile Balinese per i giardini e la piscina.
La camera è molto ampia anche se un pochino spoglia, ma comoda e molto accogliente.
Lo staff è stato carino, e hanno servizi come lavanderia e possibile colazione con costo extra che sembrava buona.

Cons:

Il bagno è poco curato, anche se molto grande. Alle volte l'acqua non veniva calda, ma poi abbiamo chiesto e il problema era stato risolto. Le camere non vengono riassettate tutti i giorni, noi siamo stati li per 4 notti e ci siamo organizzati diversamente.
Avevamo concordato per il transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel, ma l'autista non si è presentato. Abbiamo risolto con Grab, ma alla mia domanda in reception non mi hanno saputo dare una risposta.

Excelente ubicación y personal
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de ubud! Esta un poco metido hacia adentro lo que hace que no lleguen los ruidos del centro. Tiene un jardin y una pileta hermosa, todo de estilo balines! El personal es excelente y el desayuno es completo!

Cons:

Haria mas modernos los baños, les falta mantenimiento.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schimmelig und haben extrem gestunken. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht aber hätten es extra zahlen müssen. Die Betten waren unbequem und laut, sodass man bei jeder Bewegung nachts aufgewacht ist. Die 24h Rezeption war für den Lärmpegel auch nicht förderlich. Zudem wurde die Schlafqualität von den sehr Licht durchlässigen Vorhängen nochmal zusätzlich reduziert. Im Garten laufen überall Katzen herum, welche nicht normal miaunzen sondern schreien wie Kleinkinder.

La ubicación muy buena,personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en la habitación 22. Tenía una humedad terrible. En el baño había una tubería rota de la cual brotaba agua 24h. Las camas estaban húmedas y por lo tanto frías,nos pusimos malos. El suelo con charcos de agua y las ventanas con vaho. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos dijeron q no era posible porque estaba completo,solicitamos solución a la fuga y seguimos esperando... Las paredes tenían moho lo que hace pensar q la humedad viene de mucho atrás.

Lovely relaxing home stay
Pros:

Loved the location, so close to everything and the monkeys were very entertaining. Staff did an excellent job at keeping them at bay for safety, and made it a fun experience. The gardens were very beautiful to wake up to, such a peaceful and quiet home. Staff were all super lovely and do an amazing job keeping the place tidy and clean. Room was serviced and refreshed throughout our stay. The whole place is decorated beautifully. Overall was a pleasure to stay here.

Cons:

I would recommend booking a different room if wanting a shower. The bed could do with a mattress protector. However, everything felt clean and worked for us.

Fijne locatie
Pros:

Goede bedden en meteen in het centrum. Waar je niks van merkt want het is heel stil in je kamer.

Cons:

De eerste kamer rook echt verschrikkelijk muf en veel schimmel. Gelukkig mochten we naar een andere kamer. Die was schoon en gewoon helemaal goed. Hoe verder je naar achter zit in het hotel hoe meer apen. Bij het zwembad worden ze wel weg gejaagd door het personeel.
