Excellent value. Spacious room. Great host.
Pros:

Host v kind. She supplied plasters and salve as my husband had had a fall earlier in day and grazed his knee.

Cons:

UHT milk. Cd have done with more teabags.

Made welcome on arrival, had a great nights sleep.
Pros:

The room was Large and very comfortable with all things l required (ie) tea/ coffee cookies t.v. And more, l would definitely stay there again great price too. Thanks so much..

Great value for money and very helpful staff!
Pros:

I had an issue on the way there, so got delayed beyond the arrival cut off time. I phoned in advance and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and friendly. The owner had just had an operation, but despite this, she came and let me in.
I was only there for the night, but the room was smart, clean, tidy and very comfortable and I believe it's been updated since previous visits. Also very easy to leave early and not far to walk into town, as well as there being takeaways close by and Aldi/Coop/etc.
Given the price as well, it's a brilliant choice and can't thank the staff and owner enough!

Anscheinend hatte meine Überweisung nicht geklappt und ein Fahrrad konnten sie auch nirgends unterbringen, ein unfreundlicher Empfang und kein Entgegenkommen, ich habe mir woanders etwas gesucht.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation with spacious free parking. Louth is a pleasant town with good options for eating

Cons:

Town Centre options for restaurants/cafes are good but it's 15 mins walk to the Town Centre. In house continental berakfast option would have been helpful.

After 1600 check is quite late:
there appeared to be no amenities at the location other than the room , there was no 'welcome' information to offer any breakfasts, or resident orientation: so it appeared to be just a room:
Internet was very slow to non existent once other guest started streaming:

Basic accommodation near Cadwell Park, clean and tidy with lovely staff at an excellent price
Pros:

I broke my leg at the at Cadwell Park Circuit on Saturday, they were very helpful in allowing me to stay beyond my booking until a member of my family was able to come and pick me up.

Pros:

Awesome stay here had many comfy nights and going back very shortly for work great internet . Everything is clean quiet . The owner is lovely lady all in great stays here .
