I didn't wait to have breakfast
Satisfactory
When we told people in Louth where we were staying they scoffed. Said it was a little down and out and “full of immigrants”. One person even told me they were thrown out in the middle of the night for no reason.
Our experience was very pleasant. The landlady was lovely. The place was clean, quiet and cozy and most of all it was comfortable and warm.
Decor in the room was a little dated but I did like the vintage look in the hall/communal spaces.
Lovely stay. Tennyson room was very nice. Facilities in good working order. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

No breakfast. I booked two rooms and the unhinged lady manager kicked us out in the middle off the night; made false allegations of that we were calling her phone and called my childrens mother a lady of the night, I found out later from booking.com

The close proximity to Louth Town, a short 10 min walk brought you right into Louth town centre.

After we booked a room at last minute and we arrived at the property the host asked me 3 times for my name and then said couldn't find any reservation after I even showed the booking confirmation. After we were told there is no room for us and we left the host called back saying ,,I have found your reservation bye" and asked her if we should come back and her response was ,, how you wish bye". The attitude of the host was very disappointing
Lovely upgraded room! Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue, owner is lovely & has always greeted me warmly. Clean bathroom, fresh towels & nice tea/coffee making station.
