It was very clean, rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and staff was helpful.
It advertises a hot tub and spa and didn’t have either. And the heated pool was not heated.
The ac worked well.
Room/bathroom was dirty. Sheets and pillow cases were either dirty or stained. Trash was overflowing in the morning at multiple trash cans. Was billed twice because the check in person didn't know what he was doing. Took the checkout person about 30 minutes to get it all straightened out. Will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again.
The bed were comfortable
Your description said “1 bedroom, separate living room” and I paid extra for that living room option. I was informed by the hotel that they didn’t have any rooms with separate living rooms. We didn’t have enough towels; when they prepared the room we weren’t given new/an extra roll of toilet paper, the towels we were given were thin and stained; the AC didn’t work, and our neighbors upstairs were incredibly loud all night and my wife and I got no sleep as a result. Eventually we called about the noise and while the staff was kind, nothing changed. Finally the cherry on top was the breakfast. It’s a hotel breakfast so you don’t expect much but this was also a huge letdown. Little variety, low on nearly everything.
Breakfast was good and was served promptly in the mornings. Staff was engaging and courteous.
The Marriott website indicated that this hotel has complimentary EV charging, but the chargers actually charge for usage. This was disappointing because one of the main reasons we selected this hotel was because of the supposedly complimentary EV charging stations.
I got to check in early which really helped out a lot!!! THANKS!!
Breakfast was barely edible. Watery eggs. The waffles had milk consistency batter and the final product had to be tossed. Not edible; I wasn’t the only one tossing a waffle. Juice was orange water.
