Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. very comfy.

Cons:

our toilet didn't flush. maintenance came and fixed it once and then it worked for 1 flush. they came back to fix it again 10 minutes before we checked out. We had to fill a pot of water and dump it into the bowl to flush all weekend. The pool was not in service. that was the 2nd time in a row that this happened.

Very loud family above us parents must of screamed fo 2 hours at there kids at 8am in the morning

Pros:

We like the breakfast, the room size, the pool. The staff was great. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We have stayed twice for kids sports tournaments. This was worth the price of a nice hotel with good amenities. The workout room is adequate. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus.

Cons:

There isn't anything we didn't like.

Pros:

The room was comfortable. The cookie treat when getting back to the hotel after a long day out was nice.

Cons:

I prefer a removable shower head. One of the reasons I chose that hotel was for the indoor pool and it was closed.

Pros:

Very clean and cozy room, little hospitality bag when we checked in. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Large walk in shower and the glass only goes half way, even with the shower head pointing down a lot of water still got out the side of the shower

Comfortable, staff very helpful
Pros:

The suite i had was very spacious and clean. All facilities i needed for my stay in the room, large oven and fridge freezer.
I also liked the fact I had a bath as well as shower.

The stay was good. We had fun with the pool and the Jacuzzi. It was just the price due to the fact that I’ve stayed here
Pros:

The facility was a good place to stay me and my family had fun

Cons:

The price is way too high. I didn’t realize it until too late. I’ve been here several times and never paid over $200 bucks to stay here when I spoke with the front desk clerk they inform me that that was booking that was charging me that price

Remote and basic.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable. During the week the guy on the front desk was super helpful and proactive.

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t always work in my room which was a problem. The heating was super loud so I turned it off. The staff on the front desk on Sunday and Monday morning were unhelpful, not proactive and grumpy. I also don’t like staying on the ground floor but was told there was no other option.
