Good Place to Stay
Pros:

Healthy breakfast, spacious room, clean, friendly staff, delicious coffee, wonderful grounds, nice views, ample parking. Furnishings beautiful, modern kitchens and bath. Ample closet space and well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances.

Cons:

No control of children in pool area, especially in use of hot tub by children under 13. Pool too cool and not cleaned in a timely way. Hot Tub malfunctioned and overflowed; no maintenance staff on site to address the issue. In fact staff admitted they did not know what to do or whom to call. Staff made billing mistake we caught and fixed it with managements help. No sugar free creamer. I am diabetic so I brought my own. Uncomfortable couch for watching TV.

Horrible front desk representation
Pros:

The breakfast spread in the morning, The location

Cons:

The staff was rude especially Breia. She behaved unprofessionally and when I questioned a payment charge at the desk because I already paid online she kept threatening to call state police on me. That was the second incident. The first occurrence was when I parked my car and started to take my items out she came out into the parking lot watching me unload my belongings and made inappropriate remarks when entered the building in front of other guests. $200.00 knightly fee needs more professional staff representing the establishment.

The room was very nice and clean. very comfy.

Cons:

our toilet didn't flush. maintenance came and fixed it once and then it worked for 1 flush. they came back to fix it again 10 minutes before we checked out. We had to fill a pot of water and dump it into the bowl to flush all weekend. The pool was not in service. that was the 2nd time in a row that this happened.
